Room is very small. Towels in room and at pool are paper thin and worn. Lots of cosmetic issues. No hot water for 2 days.

Staff was very nice at check-in, which is across the street from the hotel. Room (#7) was one of the smallest of the rooms available, which was expected for a last-minute booking. The only issue we had was the very hard and squeaky bed. The vertical slat curtains offer limited privacy through the clear windows.

The promo picture is accurate: it is scenic, and the pool area is comfortable and charming. However, the "hotel" itself - 10 rooms around a swimming pool does not constitute a hotel - fell short of my expectations. First, the check-in isn't even on the property, but rather a couple of hundred yards away at another hotel. The room itself was spartan, with a too-hard bed, lumpy pillows, and some stick furniture that passes as mid-century. The bathroom hadn't been updated since the 1960s, with a leaky faucet and a partial glass shower wall that left my backside chilly and the floor wet. I did appreciate the mini fridge and the microwave. The funky ceiling-mounted HVAC unit worked fine, but instructions on its use might have been helpful. Maid service was spotty. I would get a text at 8:30 am asking if I wanted it that day. Although I responded instantly, housekeeping wouldn't show up until 2:00, after me pestering the desk. If I had paid $250 a night, I might have felt it was okay. However, at over $425 a night, including a "resort fee," which as far as I could determine included a muffin and a small yogurt, the Hotel Three Fifty was a terrible value. Full service hotels in town offer far more for the money.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to be greated with champagne. The 3 hotels here are very cute. Check the room out when you check in and make sure it’s cleaned (the bathroom was slightly gross). Check the remotes, especially HVAC, to make sure there are good batteries in them as *all* of them were out of batteries.

Fun 50's vibe. Probably an amazing place when it's warm; the weather was cold for us. The hot tub was great, very close. Rooms all have floor to ceiling windows open to the pool, so not private unless you close the blinds completely. Our bathroom did not have a fan and was very wet and chilly after a shower.

This property is absolutely horrible! When I checked into my room I was overwhelmed by how outdated everything in the room was. The blinds were missing slats, the heat in my room (and two other rooms) wasn't functioning, the drawer in the bathroom was missing a section of it, the wood on the furniture was chipping, the closet door was broken, and the floor was in disrepair. I complained the next day and was moved to another room. The young man (Edgar) at the front desk was incredible. The young woman admitted that the hotel was aware of these problems but couldn't explain why they'd put someone in the room and charge for the stay. Despite the upgrade to another room I checked out a day early. I did write to the manager and never received a response. My advice ... STAY AWAY!!!!

Don’t stay here the only updated unit is the one they show in the pictures. Very poorly renovated. Should be called a motel. Not safe easy access to get into unit. Room has musty odor and shower drain has hair clogged in it. Nothing like the pictures.

Great location and lovely colors in room. The slat blinds were missing slats so had to use a sheet to cover window. Very little electricity outlets so had to dig to attach my computers. Bathtub drain did not close for bath. TV was going in and out. Room a bit cold and thankfully I brought blankets as hard to turn on heat and no one on site to assist.

Very average, my unit bathroom was one step above motel 6. Won’t be back
