卡薩科迪飯店(Casa Cody)

I have stayed at this property many times over the years and I have to say it has changed for the worse. Both rooms I had were in need of deep cleaning and general maintenance, the shower head sprayed in every direction, drapes falling off the rail, ac not cool enough just to mention a few issues. The bathrooms were both only somewhat clean. The bathroom doors were a mess, even with greasy fingerprints on the paint…like not been wiped in a long time…basic cleaning needed. The pool area was not kept clean, pool deck was very dirty, and no towels available more than once. Overall this hotel is pretty magical but certainly lacking in basic expectations. I used to recommend this hotel but I can no longer.

너무 예쁜숙소. 앞뒤 수영장 인상적 깨끗했지만 지역 특성상 벌레가 좀 있음 동네가 너무 덥고 지나고 보니 2일 110만원은 좀 비싼듯함. 외관 출입문 하나인데 늦은 저녁에도 잠구지 않을 정도로 안전해요. 입구쪽 주차장 2개인데 저흰 골프채도 그냥 차에 놔뒀지만 아무 문제 없었어요. 직원분들 다 친절해요

Customer service was excellent, everybody was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the pool and hot tub area. The fruit trees were fantastic, both pools were really nice to relax at. The water dispensing machine in the lobby is a fantastic option. Only small issue, hot tub timer not working and gate latch was broken (minor issues)

I was all excited to have a romantic weekend and it was pretty much ruined. My upgraded room ended up being a standard and a downgrade because according to reception, "I booked through a third party", guess it's not ok to book through ******* then. The room smelled like rot, which explains the dirty carpet, cockroaches walking around in the bathroom and the dead rat outside my room that was left there all day with nobody to pick it up. On the positive, its a great location and the pool was nice.

When I pay $450 per night, at a minimum I expect to be able to hang up my clothes and have a dresser with drawers to put things in. Our first room did not—the “closet” was filled with a shelving unit leaving about 2” of space to actually hang things. Under the TV where a dresser might go, there was a decorative trunk, low to the ground and no drawers. The room had one straight back wood desk chair, but nothing comfortable to sit on to read or relax. Also there was no coffee maker which is pretty much standard these days even in budget hotels. We were moved to a slightly better room—actual space to hang clothes and a dresser of sorts, the second night. I would definitely never stay here again. I felt I spent a lot of money for very little.

Really cute place, a block away from restaurants and the Thursday street market. Also had a good daily breakfast, friendly staff, and super comfortable bed. Some area in the room could have been cleaned/dusted a bit more, but it was generally clean.

Great location, good room size. Service has to improve! Our requests were answered only after checking again and again. Housekeeping only upon request (unfortunately this was told us only upon request too). Pool, garden, sundbeds need to be cleaned frequently.

We have been staying at Casa Cody for many years (though obviously not for the past two years). Since then it has changed ownership and management, and the rooms have been upgraded. The location is great, the grounds are beautiful and the pools are beautiful and warm. Staff were willing but inexperienced, our bed was very comfortable, the shower was good and the room clean. However the fitting out of the rooms is disastrous. No drawers or shelves to put your clothes, hooks directly over the bathroom mirror (!!), no plates or cutlery, some windows with flimsy curtains providing no blackout. Altogether the rooms need a total rethink. Having said all that, Casa Cody remains our first choice of boutique hotel, and we will return provided the promised improvements are carried out.

I’ve been coming to Casa Cody for years. It’s been upgraded and looks beautiful BUT there is construction going on and I was so dissapointed for my relaxing trip to be filled with drilling and hammering. I asked to move rooms which the staff were happy to assist with but I feel on their website the should advise that construction is underway and room rates should be lowered accordingly for the inconvenience. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing for these prices too. Just yoghurt and croissants. Staff were lovely though.
