We've got 5 bedrooms and 4 spacious bathrooms!
Please acknowledge:
1. Complaints about the pool will not be tolerated, refunded, or discounted. The pool is cleaned, sanitized, and scrubbed weekly by professional technicians. There is NO algae in the pool, which has a green hue due to the sun's rays.
2. The indoor thermostat is operated remotely.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking, parties, pets, loud music or unannounced guests - $200 fine.Remove the blue vacuum when using the pool. Valspar Rental
This was a perfect location for our guest over flow for the Valspar Championship. Great communication with the property manager. Would be good for a family spring break trip too.

Family Trip
Beds were comfortable. It should be noted that to adjust the thermostat, you will nees to text the property manager. That said, they were very responsive and would complete the request very quickly.

Great house for a group
The house was clean and very spacious and the hosts were wonderful with communication. We enjoyed our time there. However, we were disappointed that the pool and hot tub advertised were not swimmable due to algae. It was chilly but we would have used the hot tub. The house was also in a bit of disrepair with cabinet doors missing or hanging loose, a vacuum that didn’t work, and loose banisters and towel racks.The kitchen had sufficient plates, glasses and utensils but was missing some basic kitchen tools for cooking. We were short some linens for the number of people staying. Overall these were minor inconveniences but basic enough to be easily remedied. We would definitely give five stars with these addressed.
