Would not recommend All staff I encountered was friendly. Property looked very nice and is gated. The office is only open 8 to 5, we got there about five minutes before closing to check in. Because of this, we were unable to talk to anybody about getting a new room. The one that we got, smelled very strongly of urine, had a very large, dead cockroach in the middle of the floor, and an uneven unstable floor with Lifting and loose tiles. We live about 45 minutes from the property, but chose to get a room for the night because of a concert. I was fully ready to leave as soon as the sun rose because I did not sleep all night, because of the urine smell. However, the dropbox that was supposed to be there for early check out was not there, so we were forced to wait until 8 when the office opened. The lady checking me out did not even ask how my stay was, which triggered me so I let her know how it was. The grounds are very well kept, and they also have RV spots. The location is very convenient, though very close to the train tracks. So it may be a good option if you are looking to camp. But I would not rent a villa here again.

Terrible Did not even get to check in. I was not aware about limited check in hours 3-5. Terrible policy. No email saying we had to check in before 5pm. No staff available after 5 apparently.

It’s a nice property but it’s proximity to the railroad tracks makes it try nosey at night.

Tout: bien situé,proche de tout, tranquille, tout est propre hébergement et site, bon service, Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nice place but only pool was cold and showers in palos Verde villas also water was cold -warm.

WOW What a great soot to be super confortable and so cozy to recover after having Desert Tours Experiences. Thank you sooo much for having such a lovely place available for World Travelers. We will be back soon, Kind regards Sergio
