We traveled from Vancouver B.C Canada to Thousand Trails Palm Desert RV park.The staff here have gone over and above to help us with anything we needed help with. The park is very well maintained, clean including laundry rooms,pool and washrooms. I would definitely recommend this Park to everyone.

TT Palm Springs was very nice . T.T was a wonderful ranger with her bright smile greeting us when we arrived. We had been traveling for 6+ hours that day and she knew our family was tired. She helped us locate a space with a pad and gave us all the ins and outs of the park. She was very helpful. The recreation area was well stocked in toys and creative activities for the kids. The sites were clean and the showers and restrooms kept up. The pool was nice but I could tell that it needed some cleaning as the water was murky and looked a little green.

We loved everything about staying here, from the pool to bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities etc. We even enjoyed all the activities that they park tried to plan for everyone, I really wish kids could play bingo and do water aerobics . Thank you kindly

We love staying at this Thousand Trails. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially T.T. who is somehow always smiling, even during hectic check-in times. We also had great conversations about membership options with Trevor and Nicole. We love the pool and hot tub and all the fun weekly activities, and we’ve been fortunate to make some great friends in the park. Thank you for another wonderful and welcoming stay, we will be back soon. There is no better place to spend winter than under the palm trees.

Always enjoy spending time here. Great place with lots to do. Rita the activities lady is so friendly and sweet. Love her cooking hot dogs on Saturday mornings! Pool is nice and hot tub. Enjoy the arts and craft sales on Saturdays and the weekly yard sales.

I Loved the staff and common areas. The misters in the pool area was fantastic . The pool and spa looked very inviting. The Sites were in need of attention but they were very level. Felt very safe there. Picnic tables were are the sites. Some sites had shade from trees.
