珊瑚礁之家棕櫚灣飯店(The Reef House Palm Cove)

We heard so many people say they come back every year and we can see why. This was our first stay with the Reef House family and it won't be our last. From regular emails and personal calls to check that we were availing ourselves of all the luxury inclusions, to the honesty bar and mouth-watering restaurant menu, we were consistently impressed. The Reef House is central to the beautiful palm grove for which it is named, and if you wish to go somewhere, it is just a short walk in either direction to other restaurants along the *****. The poolside sorbet was a refreshing treat on a hot day by the pool, and the mixology cocktail class introduced me to a French martini, while the indigenous interpretation talk with Sean was of great interest. Coming inside to an oil-scented luxury room and verandah lounge was the perfect way to end the day. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This was our second time at The Reef House, this time even better than the last - we love the service & all the little inclusions that tou receive, it just makes it feel like an actually holiday without having to worry about any little thing You all made our stay extra special, thank you so much & we will be back!

Gorgeous place! Super friendly & helpful staff enable a truly relaxing a**osphere & experience. From the initial booking, welcome drinks, daily interactions and any request you may have, the team do their best to accommodate you and ensure your feel looked after. The Reef House Spa is amazing for that added extra relaxation. Make sure you check out all the signature extras. We took the bicycles for a relaxing ride to Trinity Beach. Sorbet by the pool daily is also a treat! The food for breakfast and dinner is amazing. If you get a balcony with the swing chair, it’s super comfortable and relaxing also! We were also offered a late checkout on the Sunday due to our late flights. This enabled us to truly relax on the final day. Big thank you to Cedric, Michelle and the whole team for a wonderful stay.

From the detailed communication before our visit, the very personalised welcome, the gorgeous pools, surroundings and room it’s safe to say our experience at The Reef House was pretty perfect. The restaurant is outstanding for both breakfasts & dinner and the bespoke included experiences like cocktail making & wine tasting made our stay extra special. But the absolute standout of The Reef House is their people & service. From Cedric & Michelle front of house to the wonderful Kenny in the restaurant everyone we came across during our stay was just wonderful. We’ll be back!

An exquisite haven for couples. Our stay was an experience in itself. Top notch customer service. Amazing food at the restaurant. So glad to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary there. Drinks on arrival, room upgrade, day spa and restaurant credits, daily 3pm sorbets and 5pm drinks and canapes and lots of goodies.

What an absolutely divine property! It was my first time to Palm Cove and I am so happy I chose to stay at The Reef House. So many special touch inclusions make your stay so special. The rooms were large, clean and very well appointed. The property is located in the middle of the esplanade between the jetty and swaying palms at the end. The food, oh my goodness, everything we ate on property was cooked to perfection, large servings and absolutely delicious. Don't hesitate to book the property and enjoy all the amenities on offer as well as so many freebies

We had the best, and perfect getaway. We can not fault anything from the Reef House. Food, facilities and above all the service is second to none. We had a beautiful relaxed, cool room serviced everyday and was supplied with complimentary drinks, food and activities. We will definitely return xx
