No internet/WIFI and no pool or beach towels and only one bath mat despite there being 2 bathrooms. Otherwise was good - a bit further from the esplanade than we had thought - around 1.3 km walk - but was still convenient

We were staying at coral coast apartments, , it's nice and beautiful ❤️ inside . But the hot water isn't working during our stay . And their reception desk hour only last till 4pm.

Booked this online as a 3 bedroom apartment, however is actually a 2 bedroom with a bed in the living area. Check in after hours in not great as you’ll need to complete a number of steps before collecting your keys.

Fab apartment, very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend for a family. You’ll need a hire car to get around as this complex is quite a walk from the esplanade. Great value

Great location, just a short walk away from the beach front esplanade. Limited traffic so very quiet atmosphere amongst the trees. Apartment has microwave, stove and full fridge, so easy to self cater if you wish. If not, lots of restaurants on the esplanade or as always, visit the local surf club. A great pool and poolside area. Would highly recommend.

Rooms was tidy when entering but certainly not clean. The bathroom especially needs a good proper clean especially in the shower. Communication was very poor arrived late told to go to reception but could not find reception then had to lug our suitcase to hotel reception next door and then back to the apartments very annoyed as no one told us this but other residents were helpful. The lady on my phone said to just drive over thing is we had caught a cab so was not easy. The aircon unit is right outside the door was so noisy Overall quiet disappointing stay for the amount of money we paid Oh and they left us a small milk in the fridge but that was already open and smelled

Unfortunately were checked into uncleaned room from previous occupants, dirty linen/unmade beds, wet dirty towels, ants everywhere, water dripping from ceiling in one room. Check in from 3-4pm only. Checked in 4pm - called reception right away. Hotel fully booked so couldn’t move rooms, cleaners gone home but were called back promptly by very supportive manager to us, didn’t gain access to clean room until 7pm, had to entertain a small tired child in the meantime. With appreciation hotel manager Eloise gave us dining voucher to neighboring property Pullman sea temple as coral apartments has no dining. She was very supportive and kept in contact with us. Also let us use kid friendly swimming pool at Pullman while we waited. Used voucher another night as was fine dining & we had no room to shower and change in from our journey. Temple of Tastes restaurant was stunning, food was delightful & a true art form. Initial service was not. We felt very much like an inconvenience. We were sat at a high table by the bar away from rest of the diners. Closest table to us ordered food/drinks same time as us. Food was prompt for us both, their drinks were also but we had to remind them for ours when our food came. They had also come back earlier to check what we wanted but failed to bring them. Much better from then onwards tho thanks to George. Credit left over on voucher we were able to use for amazing hot buffet breakfast next day and were well looked after by A.M team.
