Room and staff were nice enough, however the walls were paper-thin, could hear every word - and anything else - that the neighbours were doing. Way too loud and couldn't sleep due to other people having a conversation in the room next door. We wouldn't return here.

The accommodation offers the bare minimum in comfort. The owner’s service was disappointing—one of them initially offered an extra set of towels for the beach but never followed through. The room was not properly cleaned, as I found crumbs of fried rice on the table. The bed pillows were of very cheap quality, and the extra set provided had rough, dirty pillowcases. The only positives were the pool and the location, which is conveniently close to the Palm Cove Esplanade. However, if you can afford a slightly higher-priced option with better ratings, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Very relaxed atmosphere The hosts were very welcoming the facilties were great a lovely pool and the kitchen dining area was fab Free washing facilities. Meters away from the beach and a 3 min drive to the shopping centre. Overall a great place.

Lovely and friendly manager. Nothing was a problem. Can't wait to return
