阿魯巴萬怡度假飯店(Courtyard by Marriott Aruba Resort)

리셉션 직원 업무처리가 아주 느리고, 제대로 정보 확인을 하지 않고, 실수를 반복해서 체크인하는데 2시간이 걸렸다. 직원은 미안한 기색도 없이 계속 기다리라고만 하였다. 체크인 할 때의 아주 불친절한 태도로 인하여 숙박이 즐겁지 않았다.

Estávamos em lua de mel. Nos deram welcome drink somente após pedirmos, não tivemos nenhuma decoração especial. Apesar da boa limpeza e bom quarto, a camareira não repôs o sabão líquido 2 dias. Comida do café é boa.

Salt water pool is a very good part of this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast, a variety of healthy and tasty food specially the chef makes your own choice of omelettes. It starts from 7 to 11, which is very good timing for both early risers and late risers . Everyday one free dessert or appetizer is also interesting. Free car parking is useful.

We enjoyed our stay overall! Property is very pretty to look at, especially with the windmill so close by. We liked the setup with the two pools and room overlooking the pool area. We rented a car and it felt close enough to orangestad and the beaches to not be annoying. There were just a few things that felt a bit like you were being nickled and dimed--like they offer a free buffet for breakfast..but it doesn't include regular old coffee? Or that you're issued a 'towel card' on arrival for pool towels and you can only get a new one by exchanging the old one with a staff member. Minor things sure, but still enough to be noticeable. No beach access wasn't as big a deal as we thought it would be, especially with the nice pool. Would stay again!

El servicio deja mucho que desear! El personal no acude a los llamados, son demoras extensas para pasar la carta, cuenta y para servir la comida, no actúan con cortesía. El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado pero no volvería, mucho menos con mis hijos.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Property is not located on beach but do close it is walkable. They do provide a shuttle for the beach though. Breakfast was delicious!
