Hands down most filthy disgusting hotel that I've ever stayed. Back packers are way better than this place. Actually, public toilets are way better than this place. As soon as you enter the door you can smell and see the mold. Stains everywhere, you definitely dont want to seat or lie down, makes me itchy, just being in there. Room hasn't been cleaned. Dusty. Everything is broken. You can literally feel the spring when you touch the mattress. Zero idea how they even have good reviews. Probs from their families and friends. Seems like whole family runs this place. One day they are manager and one day they are husband and wife. You look for manager and some one is there saying they are relatives.

Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and for the most part clean.
However, when cleaning after all parties of guests, I suggest cleaners check: 'floor" of pantry & open the extractor fan and wipe.
As I used the kitchen often, the lack of attention to detail of these areas was easily visible.
The view is amazing, and the price matches the generous facilities and location with direct access to the beach.
Thanks to the reception staff who took note of our feedback.

Yuk. Mould, dirty and not what the brochure says or shows. The room is stuck in 1980's, old cracked leather couches, the whole room is terrible. The view is good, but room terrible. Do you self a favour and stay somewhere else.

Great location, tidy hotel but don’t stay here if you want a quiet holiday. There is a major construction happening right next door. Drills, banging, cranes and concrete prep all starts at 6am and goes until 6pm. Each room has a lovely deck on overlooking palm beach but you can’t sit on it due to the extensive noise! Nothing calming about a Jack hammer! If you do choose to stay here, request you are not on level 13! One of the units has permanent residents whom think having their yapping dogs bark at all times throughout the day and night is perfectly acceptable! Pool area is fab and the access to the beach makes it a perfect location for people wanting a beach get away.

The view is good , location is ok and it stops there . We paid $600 aus a night thinking it was like the photos ? We feel so ripped off at the moment . Extremely disappointed . Hasnt had a tidy up since the 70’s when it was built !! Holes in walls , fridge has rust on it . Seriously I feel very disappointed . Shouldn’t be more than say $250 a night ??? Would never ever.go back !!!!

Some good features, but would not stay again Ups: Fantastic position, right on the beach, a couple of good cafes nearby (good because there is NO facility for a decent coffee in the room, please just put a plunger in the room). Ground floor is great, excellent pool, small but adequate gym, nice grounds. Downs: our room was not clean, almost every surface had a greasy smear over it, including floors & crockery. Bath was dirty, we didn’t use it. Hair on tiles. Very dated and tired unit. 2 outdoor chairs provided, 1 not useable, broken. Could go on … The ‘welcome pack’ is seriously minimal, 1 towel per person for our 6 day stay, 1 sachet of dish liquid inadequate. Yes, you can buy more, but really 🤷♀️ 2 lifts available, but they were only both working 2 of our 6 days, 1 day neither working.. Limited wifi per stay, who still does that? My last night, turned the telly on for the 1st time, then the jug, pop, no power Common areas often stink of cigarettes, very unpleasant. Manager, Joanne was very kind helping me to arrange a booking change at the last minute, but unfortunately doesn’t take away from a poor stay. I’ve moved to an Airbnb, 100% better. Yes it’s a cheap stay, so I guess you get what you pay for. Be warned

It is true that the apartments have a country motel smell and and parts of the apartments are a bit tired but the view and beach front position are fantastic. Most of these issues are easily fixable management have the desire. The pool area was well kept and if you like being away from the high density Gold Coast areas, it is perfect. Good restaurants nearby.

Nothing like the pictures. $300 a night is not value for money. Carpet has more stain stains then grandpas undies Drawers in robe are missing drawers. Sliding doors rattle all night, seal and rollers shagged. Kitchen would be closed by Gordon Ramsey, Better places for less money
