Located just 2 minutes from shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment, movie theater, grocery markets. 6 - 12 minutes to major stores like Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot. Only 30-40 minutes from the amazing beaches of Palm Bay Florida. Sun tan in the private fully gated backyard and enjoy some fun and games in the deluxe florida room. Stainless steel appliances provide a rich and elegant cooking space for the whole family.About pets:No pets allowed.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Place all dirty linens, towels, etc in laundry room..Clean up after yourself.
