The open concept design offers a Great Room, with tray ceiling, that opens to a spacious 28' x 10' covered porch. Generous 9-4'' ceiling heights throughout the house add lots of volume! Additionally, the house includes a huge eat-in kitchen and double-sink vanity.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.Outside.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings.Maximum event attendees: 8,No big parties please.

Lovely home
This is a lovely home. It's spacious and had all the necessities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our host was gracious and accommodating and the communication was excellent.

Nice house with quick access to shopping and dining
We’re in Melbourne for a softball tournament and the house was a great location to the fields. There was a late check in due to the uncleanliness of prior guests. Only recommendation is there needs to be towels for the kitchen and hot pads for cooking. The towels are pretty worn but nothing that would deter me from staying again.

Palm Bay Vaca
The house was perfect for our vacation in Palm Bay. The neighborhood is very quiet. The owner's responses to any questions/communication were very prompt.

Comfortable Home
Beautiful, spacious home with comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for waljs. There are quite a few amenities close-by, restaurants, grocery, etc.

Nice place
Great experience, everything went smooth, its not in a tourist area, it seemed more like more of a locals area. It was nice to see bc now i want to move there even more. The closet beach was 25 minutes away fyi

Fantastic Home
This was a great property for our family and two little dogs. Everything was as advertised, the home was clean and comfortable. This is definitely a place we’d stay again and recommend to others.

The house is very nice.Just about brand new very spacious clean and relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable here and lesdier If is an excellent host who is always there when you need something.
