Updated Clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath all one level. 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one with Queen, 4 bedroom with full size w/ twin trundle. Out door living area with the pool. Large back yard with swing set for the kids. We have stroller, bikes, yard games for tenants to use. We are 45 minutes away from the fairy that will take you to the Bahama's, 25 min. to space center, little over an hour to Disney. 10 Min. for shopping, food, entertainment.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 25.

Very comfortable, felt like home. Beautiful pool with great shade area. Owner quick to respond when we had a minor issue. We will plan to stay again.

Definitely will be coming back here if we are ever in the Melbourne area again. Paul was a great host. Communicated before and during our week stay. We needed something that would feel like home and wasn’t to far from the Space Coast Stadium and it was in the perfect spot. Quiet and nice neighborhood as well. Everything worked as it should have. Pool was a PLUS! All our kids enjoyed the pool the most. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

House was perfect, had a pool which we was able to have heated so after softball we could enjoy swimming even in winter.

Mom and grown kids annual trip
We had a great time! Again! The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our annual getaway! The only thing missing was another week to stay longer.

Perfect place for family stay!
We loved the layout of the house. The pool was well maintained, and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool between sight-seeing opportunities. The beds were comfortable, and it was a nice, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood.

Wonderful property
This house was perfect. It comes with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The pool area was perfect for lounging and the pool was such a great time for the adults and kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break in Palm Bay
Really enjoyed our week at this spacious and beautiful home in Palm Bay. Very clean and well appointed. Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. Cooked many meals there. King bed in master was very comfortable. Great time hanging out on the lanai and in the pool. We would love to stay here again sometime in the future.
