Расположение,лежаки и зонтики,море и сервис очень хороши.Немного разочарована кухней(заказали пасту с морепродуктами,к слову за 16 евро;мало того,что ждали минут 45(но это можно еще объяснить загрузкой кухни,это такое…),но ни по внешнему виду,ни по вкусу это не напоминает пасту вообще:макароны в кислом соусе и 2 креветки…)Обратились к управляющему,он совсем согласился,принес извинения (Василис),сказал что в качестве извинения угостят напитками,но этого не произошло)Вцелом,очень хорошее место.Советую.

Location nuova, ben curata, pulita e molto comoda! La spiaggia dista meno di 100 mt. dalle camere e nel mezzo c’è anche il ristorante ed il bar. Il ristorante offre una ricca colazione inclusa e pietanze per pranzi e cene di ottimo livello! Spiaggia attrezzata con ombrellone riservato. Mare trasparente sempre calmo con ghiaia non troppo fastidiosa. Unica pecca la caffetteria non inclusa nella colazione e 4 euro per un espresso sono troppi! Torneranno presto ad offrirli compresi nella colazione spero!

The reviews of this place , which also is the reason we booked it, must be made by fake accounts. I urge TripAdvisor to take a good look at how the reviews are being conducted. This is the worst overall experience ever as far as price/performance. Promote themselves as a high end resort. Only high about it is the prices - Employees have NO interest, commitment or knowledge at all about working at a hotel and the customer treatment or experience. Not their fault, they should simply never have been hired. - No employee seem to want to be here. - Food is an absolut disaster. Breakfast is more or less always empty and no nor seem to understand it needs to be filled up continuously. Dinner is tasteless and everything overcooked. - Beach a catastrophe. They seem to prioritize friends before paying customers. Having fun themselves is more important than customers have a good time. - Air-condition not reaching below 23 at best and stops working in the middle of the night - due to water shortages in the area? Most ridiculous answer ever. - Personell don’t speak English or Greek. Seems Russian or Ukrainian is the only demand to get employed here. I want to be clear that this is not personal and not based on something a particular person has done or not. The whole experience is just so bad that others need to be warned of booking this place, at least for the aprox 500€ per night the ask. This is more a 200-250€ per night experience.

This newer boutique resort is beautiful! It is far enough away from the noise and crowds of the village, yet just a short drive/ride from the hotel. If you drove, there is ample parking across the street. If you came without a car, taxis are readily available and the reception will call them for you. The restaurant (food) and room service was excellent. The property is well cared for and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The staff are mainly young people and they are impressively well trained. They are very thoughtful and will go out of their way to please you. There is no charge for the beach lounge chairs or umbrellas and they are reserved for you according to your room, which I greatly appreciated. The beach/view is spectacular and the sea is crystal clear, but there are lots of pebbles so bring water shoes for comfort. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. There was a problem with intermittent electrical service and the sheets need to be upgraded to a higher thread count, they were scratchy. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Laguna Resort.

Beach hotel with private beach, but many many outsiders come to the tiny beach with Rocks. Many rocks. Breakfast is good. The hotel also has a tiny little pool. The rooms are clean. The restaurant is good, the food is tasty but way over-priced. The FO is rude and unpleasant.

Had the best Holiday at the Laguna Resort, this was made possible with the help of a member of staff named Tuang. She was so helpful with anything we asked. Polite friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Even helped us on her day off. We will remember her with fondness. Stephen
