Great stay. Sumptuous food...upto the mark service. Loved the stay there would recommend all my friends, if I ever plan to visit palampur again it would be to experience the stay at the hotel again, the tea gardens surrounding it were mesmerizing overall loved the stay....

Excellent stay, staff is good and good is also good. Ambience and view from room is very good. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Excellent Hotel with nice hospitality by staff persons. Very good quality mattresses, clean rest rooms, closer tea gardens, quick services, nice cooperative staff, ready to help every now and when required. Must appreciate Mr. Anil for must remembered check in experience and Sanjay- Restaurant fellow for great services during serving food. Thank you team Mastiff Palampur!
