There is no hospitality at this hotel; avoid it if you can. We just wanted to go there for dinner, but the hotel staff simply ignored us and humiliated us by saying we had to book in advance. The next day, we called to make a booking, but the same staff member said we had to pay a deposit of 1,000 baht immediately. This was my first time experiencing such unprofessional customer service at a hotel, despite having traveled to over 80 countries around the world.
