Nous avons réservé le 28/12 pour une arrivée le 13/1 il ne devait pas encaisser avant et ils ont fait (1er litige) Arrivée à 6h du matin pas de chambre pour nous car ils avaient louer cette dernière à une autre famille après 3 h de discussion sans fin nous décidons de partir dans un autre hôtel juste à côté et dieu merci on a gagné au change Le Jambo hôtel à une boîte de nuit et tout et n’importe quoi rentre et sors de cet hôtel Entrée libre pour les personnes qui n’y séjourne pas Alcool et sûrement drogue !!😡😡😡 Notre chauffeur locaux a discuter avec eux pour qu’il nous rembourse chose qu’ils ont faite à moitié en leur stipulant qu’on avaient été à la police Ils nous ont comptait les taxes de séjours et les frais de booking sur 400 euros on s’est contenté de 250 euros Ce sont des voyous à fuir

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette hotel , car ayant réservé le 28/12/2023 pour notre arrivée le 13 janvier et pour 3 nuits , ils nous on débité la totalité le 8/01/2024 et à notre à arrivée à 5h45 du matin personne à la réception ( d ailleurs si on peu appeler cet endroit une réception) . 5 gars sont arrivé avec un morceau de papier déchiré et écrit à main levé notre nom et date de notre arrivée . Nous avions une chambre de luxe donnant sur le front de mer et surprise.... Notre chambre est déjà loué ils nous proposent une chambre derrière la boîte de nuit où d ailleurs il faut bien savoir que l entrée de cette boîte n est absolument pas sécurisée puisque vous avez du va et viens de gens complètement drogué qui rentre sans et qui sorte de l hotel comme ils veulent. Le manager nous a bien confirmé que tout était OK pour notre réservation et voilà que rien n'est prêt et aucun professionnalisme. Car en effet , il nous propose une chambre il ne savais même pas qu'il avaient des clients à l intérieur. Certe après 24h de voyages et 3 h de discutions aucune solution n à était trouvée. Excepté, que ce dis manager à annuler notre réservation faisant croire que nous nous sommes pas présenté à l hotel. Comment est-ce possible après avoir régler la totalité de ne pas se présenter à votre hotel? C'est apparemment dans leurs habitudes de fonctionner de cette façon. Hotel à bannir. Demain nous somme obligé de revenir avec la police pour avoir gain de cause . Imaginez vous notre ressenti pour notre 1ère journée à zanzibar.

sono andata a mangiare a cena nel ristorante dell’hotel, alle 7:30 p.m. il posto è molto carino, ma al momento dell’ordinazione metà del menù non era disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato il polipo ma, probabilmente per carenza di quello, hanno aggiunto i calamari al nostro piatto. i calamari erano buoni, il polipo decisamente troppo duro. al momento del pagamento inoltre ci hanno fatto pagare 3000 scellini per una Soda, quando sul menu c’era scritto che costava 2000. dopo averglielo fatto notare la loro risposta è stata che il prezzo da pagare non corrispondeva a quello scritto sul menù

Unfortunately poor experience - we have booked 3 nights. Thursday on arrival the majority of complex was under construction and there was a massive stage preparation for Friday party night so out of the 3 nights we have two days experience construction and constant noise. I have booked ocen view room and we get a view on water tank(which didn't work for half day btw) Bar - during the day i couldn't order even water Breakfast - unfortunately again poor, we get fruit platter with old bitter fruits from day before. Staff- reception helpful and prompt. On Friday we experience the longest and sleepless night EVER . How come you didn't inform and specific this on *********** - it's not enough to say on email we have a party.. If we knew that there is a party until morning we would never booked it. Windows where shaking from the speakers unt il 4.30 am - this is unacceptable . I have discussed all with OP Mr.Musa I've been promised that he will come back to me with few answers - that obviously didn't happened . The only two good points are - close to the beach decent size of the room. All over I will never booked this again.

Disaster!! Me and my wife were staying at this hotel and were using their sun-beds that are in their hotel. My wife took out her golden earrings and put it in a bag with a zipper. When we came back someone unlocked the zipper and took the earrings out. When we told the management they checked the cameras after 10 times saying they need to check them and stated that no one did anything. The thing is I saw how they were checking the cameras and were skipping all the time instead of seeing it frame by frame. NEVER AGAIN!! Do not be fooled by the security guard and the bartenders there. It’s not safe. Do NOT bring anything valuable with you there or even better just avoid this hotel!!!!

Amazing location with beach front swimming. Beautiful pool and water bar seats and service. Saturday nights are famous for the nightclub. Quality breakfast. Overall a quality choice at an affordable price.
