Yes the food was good , staff very polite

I'm elderly and disabled. booked an accessible room. On arrival found that the room was number 36 which was the furthermost room from the entrance. Asked for a nearer room, was told they were fully booked and given room 7 which was nearer but the bed was so high I could not get into it. Informed reception, all I got was a shrug and told again they were fully booked Slept in the chair and told reception in the morning. Contacted customer services for a refund and was told my my situation did not conform to the Good Nights Sleep policy. I am £300 out as I had booked for 4 nights, no refund.

Stayed one night before heading to Glasgow Airport in the morning. Bedroom smelt stale and was definitely not up to usual Premier Inn Standards. Restaurant within the hotel was awful. Think they were economising on heating costs as whole area was freezing. Starter of Nachos was served with cold chilli beef which was replaced with lukewarm chilli beef and an over abundance of sliced raw chilli’s - was this a message from the chef because we’d sent the starter back? The main courses weren’t any better. Watery curry with boil in the bag rice served with a soggy poppadum which resulted in horrendous indigestion. The other main was a few chicken fillets with a spread of sauce barely recognisable as Katsu Curry. Worst meal we have experienced in ages and certainly won’t be back.

Dreadful stay. My room was tired and smelt stale. Every time you flushed the toilet it backfilled through the bath plug which made gurgling noises for most of the night. I had the unfortunate opportunity to stay here for two nights. I reported the toilet issue but nothing was done about it. Neither was there any room cleaning service with unmade beds, unreplaced towels and inadequate supplies of soap and toilet paper. When I mentioned this at reception I was offered additional towels. Premier Inns have gone downhill in my experience in recent years. The service is not what it used to be, many establishments are needing investment, maintenance issues are not being addressed and all at a time when prices have increased significantly. It's time to look around for me. The best part of my experience here was departure. Thank goodness!

We booked for one night. Our room was lovely & clean, staff were friendly & helpful. There's a restraunt on site, and Phoenix Retail Park is nearby with plenty of places to eat such as Taco Bell, KFC, Nandos etc. The only thing I will say is our bathroom sink was blocked & the shower water was cold but other than that it was a nice evening.

Worst stay in this particular hotel I’ve had..I’ve stayed many times here and 20th September 24 was the worst by far..the lift was out of action..we knew about that via email and managed to get around that as my partner has mobility issues..what we didn’t know about until we got there was the restaurant was closed due to staffing issues..not very good when you have customers that could have been travelling for a long time and looking forward for something to eat
