出差商務、家庭旅行酒店holiday inn真不錯，房間乾淨，面積適中，房間也比較新，還有早餐附送，健身房、游泳池都齊備，

酒店中規中矩，設定位置及周邊環境都還可以，上高速非常方便，交通很便利。由於預訂過程中，攜程網的訊息篩選不很準確，帶來了麻煩，但後續與攜程網客服溝通後，攜程網很快速地給解決了，從這一點看，攜程網的服務一如既往讓人放心，今後還會繼續使用攜程服務!

服務還行，環境一般

Room was simple, clean, and had convenient bench to lay out multiple suitcases. View from room was the parking lot. Conveniently located off I-5 for easy access on and off the interstate. Hot breakfast options included bacon, sausage, biscuits, eggs, omelets. DIY pancake machine was not working.

Good place I recommend here.

Was a terrible experience

The free breakfast was above average. Think "AmericInn" but better: hot fresh cinnamon rolls, automatic pancake maker, crispy bacon, crispy biscuits. Loved how the plates were not Styrofoam - I think that is a Washington state rule. And I'm not kidding, that bacon was awesome. Keurig in our room was good, but they did not refill our supplies for our second night. Not cool. How hard is it to noticed we used the machine and refill the supplies?? Pool was nice and warm unlike most hotels, but wish it was open before 9am. Had to go back FOUR times because our keycards wouldn't work. That was annoying. Overall we were satisfied.

This is second time we stayed here and both times the electric blinds did not work in the room. So, the blinds effectively blacked out all light and made the room very dark when we were there during the day. Very poor lighting in the room... only one light in bathroom on the mirror so nothing in the shower area. No light over the coffee maker, so needed to use our flashlight to make coffee. Only one chair in the room for seating so one of the two of us was always on the bed. Not comfortable at all. BUT, the greatest breakfast ever! Came here again so we could enjoy the best breakfast option available.

It was a very late check in because of my glight but they had toom ready and it was quite. This was the cleanest hotel i think ive ever stayed in. The only problems i had were tge phone didnt work and a light bulb was burnt out. The staff was very helpful in getting a taxi, uber, lyft, but prices were extremely high. Within walking distance which i cant do much now bad knee was a KFC, Dairy Queen, 3-4 taco places, Dennys, and two gas stations with food/ice cream.

Bedroom is clean but bathroom sink and shower drains are plugged. Shower rod is broken and drooping down. Water spills out of the shower under the floor. No way to stop it. Shower rod needs to be reinstalled. Staff won't answer a call at the front desk.

Excellent Customer Service, helpful, pleasant, with immediate attention. Swimming pool is open.

Holiday Inn Express is always v good. We didn’t get a quiet room as requested; first time.

I liked the room, it was comfortable. There is alot of parking to choose from and they give you a little parking pass. But you can hear people coming down the hall, and there is an additional lock on the inside of the door that did not latch into place. Which for me was a little scary because I'm a woman when traveling alone. When I checked in I waited a bit at the desk and once the woman saw me she huffed loudly and just looked like she checked in 20 people in a row.
