Just had our 3rd stay here. Everything is spot on , comfy en suite room that is spotlessly clean. Car parking right outside and the breakfast plentiful and delicious. Chris and Maria are lovely friendly hosts. Will definitely be back again next year.

It was our first experience at Belle Dene Guest House and certainly won't be our last. Maria and Chris looked after us very well, cooking some delicious breakfast dishes. They always had time for a friendly chat despite being busy all the time. The en-suite room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with plenty of storage space. There is free parking on site opposite the entrance which is a bonus considering that some establishments charge for parking. Belle Dene is situated a couple of minutes away from both the sea front and main shopping street in a quiet location next to Queen's Park. It was lovely and clean and we felt at home during our stay

OMG this place is spotless, well appointed, friendly, nothing too much trouble, comfy bed, fresh clean bed linen, amazing quality b/fast, great value, book direct for great savings, Chris & Marie are nice friendly host attending to your every need, the guest house is well situated 5 min walk from the sea and 5 min walk the other way to all the local shops/amusements, will definitely be staying again, easy 10/10.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely Bed & Breakfast. A perfect location in Paignton. We stayed in room 3, it was modern, cosy and clean. The breakfasts are incredible and Chris and Maria are amazing hosts, who we help you with any information you need of the local area and beyond. I can’t recommend this B&B highly enough. We will definitely be coming back.
