Fabulous B n B The hosts Sarah & Marc go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay Rooms are very well equipped with everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable Breakfast is outstanding So many choices and hosts willing to accommodate any needs you may have Situated in a great area so you can leave the car safely parked at the accommodation and the walk is minutes to the seafront and shops etc Can fully recommend cannot fault anything at all and we will definitely return! Second visit, had a wonderful time. Sarah and Marc were great hosts and the room was clean and comfy with everything we needed. Great location for beach, bars and bus to Brixham too. Amazing breakfast, best full English and omelette ever! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paignton, we will be back.

Just returned from The Ambassador Guest House, we had 4 day's break, big thanks to Sarah and Marc wonderful hosts made us very welcome. The rooms were clean replenish every day with tea, coffee everything that was needed, breakfast was amazing, the rooms were spotless. We were just a short walk to the town and sea front, bus station. So this Guest house is well recommended. Wishing you both best for the future. The Cox's

Very clean room, excellent breakfast every day made to order, free WiFi (excellent signal), great location, free parking, and great hosts, Mark, Sarah, and Smokey the cat! What more do you need? Guest house was only 3 minutes walk from the sea front and very close to local restaurants and the train and bus station. Also not far from National Trust attractions like Greenway House (home / summer home of Agatha Christie) and Coleton Fishacre.

Marc and Sarah are very new to the B&B business, however you would never know. Greeted with such enthusiasm and energy made to feel really really welcome, room was fantastic. Beds were originally made up as a king size. I requested twins which was not a problem. Went straight up and done it. It didn't batter an eyelid, everything you need in your room. All you needed to bring was your toothbrush. Even had conditioner. I'll obviously on your toothpaste. Towels were so large and fluffy. It was great. Shower was nice and powerful beds are really really comfy with a range of pillows. Only issue I had was the plastic cover on the duvet which I can understand is for hygiene purposes. But my God it made you sweat all the TV channels on a lovely large TV breakfast. Wow that's outstanding. The ingredients were all of good quality and the presentation and the cooking was fantastic with whatever you wanted. Nothing was a problem with some beautiful homemade marmalade which I did try even though I don't like marmalade and I must say I did enjoy it the area if quiet, even though you are virtually in the center of the town, you're not too far from anywhere. The beach or the town are both literally 2 minutes walk away and if you fancy a walk into torquay it's roughly about an hour along the sea front. Thank you again Mark and Sarah for another great stay first lovely with you. Look forward to seeing the refurbishments after unfortunate flooding which I want to have did not affect our stay as if you hadn't highlighted it we wouldn't have even noticed.

Very welcoming hosts, comfortable bed, lots of lovely extras in the room, scrummy breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and Marc. They are new to hospitality and are already excellent. Must be the best guest house in Paignton! !
