The Ocean View our newest premier studio on property is located on the second floor and enjoys a mesmerizing ocean view from the outer reefs of Spreckelsville to Kahakaloa and beyond. It has a king size bed, full size sofa sleeper, coffee table, dresser, custom tile shower, AC and comfortable wicker chairs. The walls are adorned with colorful original art works from local artists. It’s our brightest, most airy space with 14 ft. ceilings and clerestory windows. It has a 12 ft. sliding glass door that opens up to a beautiful wrap around iron wood lanai. In the winter months you can see kite surfers, wing foilers and big wave tow surfers enjoying the spectacular waves breaking on the outer reefs. Downstairs is a shared outdoor wet bar kitchenette / BBQ / alfresco dinning equipped with a beverage center and mini fridge. Mangolani Inn is a very private gated and walled compound that requires a code to enter. We have plenty of secured off street parking and outdoor spaces to relax. This is an adorable TWO bedroom house with high vaulted ceilings and shiny wood floors. The house is a half block off Hana Highway, 0.9 miles from Paia town, and within a mile of all the North Shore Beaches.There is a queen size bed in the first bedroom and a full size futon/couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. Each additional person, over double per room pays $20/night. We make up the futon for sleeping and provide additional towels and linens. As a TWO bedroom house, the maximum occupancy is 6 people. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: When the second bedroom is not rented, the door is dead bolted from both sides. The room has it's own separate entrance and you will not see or hear anyone else. The house is equipped with cable, wi-fi, AC, DVD player and a full kitchen that has everything you need to feel right at home. There is an outdoor grill with a bistro set out front and another bistro set on the back porch where you can enjoy an afternoon mai tai or for dining al fresco.
