Awesome Villa very accomodating and clean, Friendly staffs..

Location is 2 min walk to beach. Foods are really good. Piping to toilet bowl tank, however, had water leakage. Overall, i would still recommend this place.

We were about to book for Holy Week. We send a message in FB messenger about our inquiry. I called the resort and they advised us about the rate and about the down payment. I asked them to send an email indicating how much we need to settle and other details. But they said that they cannot do that because it's their policy that only paid customer will be sent an email. For my protection as a customer I asked them to just message it in FB messenger but they failed to do it. They just sent a screen shot of their bank details. So I accepted it but before I make a deposit I asked about cancellation policy. All of a sudden I received a message that someone already booked and I cannot proceed with our booking. They even gave me 24hours to settle but they did not give me a chance to. I was frustrated and called them. Ofcourse I raised my voice but I never said any foul words. The staff just hang up the phone and wheneve I call them they just dropped the call. They even blocked me with FB messenger so I cannot send anymore message to them. What kind of resort is this? No proper handling of customers. When you call them they don't even ask for your details they just ask you to pay without discussing the policy. Giving lead time of 24hours but it's been just 3hours and yet they decided to give the reservation to someone! Very unprofessional! I hope the owner of the resort will get this review.

We enjoyed our stay here with my friends. I totally recommend this hotel; staffs are accommodating, clean room, pet-friendly hotel, on-site parking and restaurant. We also enjoyed the food! The only issue, sometimes their Wi-Fi is weak and only available in some areas. You can also visit their white sand beach, just 3 to 5 minutes walk. Will be back soon with my family. Thank you for the great service!
