This unique lake front 2nd floor apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac 5 miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Located on picturesque Lake Pagosa. The rental has vaulted ceilings, granite countertops and wood flooring. You will love the southwest style decor! Best of all is the view of the lake! You will enjoy having a beautiful evening sunset while you sit on the deck!
Pagosa Springs is best known for it's hot mineral baths. Enjoy fishing, hiking, biking and golfing. Only 30 miles from the best skiing in Southwest Colorado (Wolf Creek Ski Area). New 1 or 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Weekly and daily rates. Archuleta County License #004956

The host called me after I booked it to review some details which I really appreciated. East check in and the place was spotless. The location is amazing with the lakefront and so peaceful. We enjoyed the wildlife and paddle boarding. It’s not far from town and hit springs either. We’ll be back!

Pagosa Lake Vacation Get Away
This is a wonderful place to just chill out under the shade trees, enjoy the lake view from your patio, fish, walk, bike, or have your morning coffee in the cool mountain air. There are 1 or 2 bedrooms available with a nice kitchen and good sized bathroom & shower which also has the convenience of a washer & dryer for you. It's a few miles from downtown but has many restaurants and grocery stores close by. We also took a day trip to Ouray and Telluride. Ray, the owner, lives on the other side and is there to answer any questions or help with anything you may need. He is very hospitable host. We also enjoyed a ride in the Hot Air Balloon and hiked to Treasure Falls. You won't be disappointed in staying on this beautiful lake and this little apartment.

A beautiful rental on the lake. We were sad to have to cut it short. We will be back for some randr and highly recommend this VRBO!!

Lakeside beauty
Gorgeous lake front apartment with extensive lawn. The owner, Ray, was the best host!! He helped us put on two lakeside luncheons with 15 guests in attendance both times. He took guests out in his boat and offered lake toys such as paddle boards etc.
