A cozy lake inspired house with secure boat storage and lots of room for a couple of families. Lots of cozy indoor space as well as a relaxing outdoor space with many games provided. BBQ grille and cozy sitting space to eat outside. Room for pets to roam and potty. The large yard is still a work on progress but is regularly maintained. TVs with internet, Wifi, coffee/ drink station. Upstairs laundry shoot to downstairs laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. All towels and linens provided. Dishes and cookware available for use.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Very clean, lots of space and loved the bedrooms. The gated yard to park the boat and let things air out was amazing! Kitchen was very well stocked and we will definitely stay here again!

Powell Boating
Perfect for a large group with multiple trucks and trailers. We had a fishing boat, surf boat, and Sea Doos. Three trucks and trailers fit behind the gates. The multiple beds fit all ten of us easily.
