Spectacular house, located in a great area with views of Lake Powell. Perfectly located between Wahweap Marina and Antelope. The house is well apportioned with a pool, jacuzzi and plenty of patio seating. The air conditioner blows ice cold, the bbq works great, and the neighborhood is nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of room for our family of 8. The host is excellent at communicating. We had a great time and we are already looking at dates to return.

Very Satisfied The house appeared beautiful online and it was beautiful in person. We didn’t get to use the 2 car garage which was disappointing because our cars really heated up in the driveway. The A/C was out the first 2 nights which was very unpleasant but the owner refunded us one night’s stay immediately without my having to ask, which I thought was very good business. She stayed in touch with us and kept us informed as she worked to get it back on. The pool was cold even with The hot temperatures and the owner warmed it up upon request. One of the bedrooms had a large greasy stain on the carpet that was hard to see at first. As the week progressed the stain became more evident and was an eyesore. Every room had light switches that were very hard to turn on. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group of eleven. Lots of blankets and dishes and pans to serve us. The neighborhood was very nice and right down the road was a grand view where we could hike and see an absolute beautiful view.

The family enjoyed the space very much, it is a great space for a family gathering and vacation. The host is very responsive and easy to work with. The location is perfect and easy access to everything. A wonderful holiday for all ages.

Perfect Host Jerrica was a pleasure to work with, especially as this was my first VRBO experience. The property was luxurious and in a quiet neighborhood. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

XLNT This is a quiet lovely neighborhood with easy access to Wahweap. Teens and adults had a great time. We found the house very clean. We especially appreciated the three king beds the great view from the balcony and ample parking for cars as well as the boat. It is likely that we will book this home again for a family trip to Lake Powell.
