My wife and I visited Padua for the first time for three nights starting Thursday Sept 12 and checking out on Sunday Sept. 15. modern conveniencs. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to the historic center. It is also very clean and up to date with modern convencies. There are a number of excllent restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff especially Sergio was very helpful and professional. When we checked-out it was my birthday and they very thoughtfully gave me a birthday note with a bag with two jars of munchies, very nice gesture. We recommend this hotel highly and would definetly stay here again.

一切都很好，周邊環境很好，在帕多瓦大學附近，早餐很棒，在12樓可以看到不錯的風景，酒店設施比較新，服務員很認真細心，每天把房間打理很好，有個浴缸體驗很棒。唯一不足的是，我的冰箱壞了，我希望酒店在提供給客人房間的時候提前檢查一下設備，我在提出冰箱壞了以後，維修人遲遲沒有處理，這個體驗很差。除此之外一切都不錯，我依然給這個酒店4.5星的評價。

The photos of the hotel internally is nothing like it is now so don’t expect what you see. The staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Nothing detrimental on their behalf and our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Aircon was ok but doesn’t go below 20 so I think the summer temperatures might have a struggle. However! The wellness centre is closed completely. The pool is closed. for private functions only . The bar closes early. Breakfast is …..well the reviews were not wrong. We tried the restaurant….when it was open ( closed during our visit more than once) set menu, costly and …..like the breakfast, lacking in quantity. The bar has no ambience and the chairs are boardroom style and uncomfortable. This is not our first BW hotel stay but it very nearly could be.

第二次住了一晚。我不喜歡這個房間——浴室的門打不開，冷藏室裡沒有迷你冰箱。乾淨。窗戶可以看到外面的停車場。嘈雜。隔音效果受到影響。鄰居們晚上都很難入睡。

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, posizione comoda con parcheggio gratuito e con stanza pulita, ordinata e, nel mio caso dotata di balcone. Ho anche mangiato nel ristorante che è presente nella struttura la cui cucina è di livello top con prezzi un po' elevati (anche se si ha diritto ad uno sconto) ma qualità eccellente.

Enjoyed three nights here whilst on a business trip to the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; followed up some excellent restaurant recommendations! The hotel breakfast offering was very good and the service was excellent . Our room was spacious and functional (suite). If you do not have a car you will need to take taxis into Padua as there is little around the hotel for dining etc.

前台接待親切,所有設施都不錯....,但早餐應該更關心商品和服務...
當我留下來的時候,像中國人和拉丁美洲人這樣的團體旅遊使餐館變得雜亂,酒店無法迴應。

Crowne Plaza Padova One night stay here. Recognised as Diamond and offered breakfast for welcome amenity. Upgraded to a suite on arrival. Room was large with a king size bed, small table and chairs, desk, sofa and a separate dressing room. Bathroom was roomy plus had a bath and separate shower enclosure. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied and water in the mini fridge. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was very good also. Hotel is easy to reach from the motorway and has plenty of parking on site. Seems to be used by coach parties which can make for a long wait at check in.

我們的房間看着聖安東尼奧大教堂,它是巨大的聖誕樹,有美麗的閃閃發光的燈光,教堂的鐘聲,使這家酒店非常特別。我們在網上入住,從來沒有見過接待員。每個街門,房間門和小酒館門都用手機打開。牀很舒服,房間有我們需要的一切,合理的枕頭。體面的大小和乾淨,現代的浴室。樓下的早餐是小酒館的一部分。菜單不錯,菜品種類多,服務好。咖啡館工作人員在得知IT Taxi App的第一天就預訂了我們的出租車,老闆還給我們預訂了我們凌晨的出租車。酒店離帕多瓦所有景點都近。如果我是nitpick,我會喜歡在房間裏供應的咖啡(只有茶水壺)。我錯過了我的咖啡。可愛的酒店,會推薦它。獲得一個景色的房間

位於帕多瓦步行區,交通便利,距離火車站和汽車站步行約15分鐘,靠近餐館和其他便利設施。很乾淨,工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。早餐有幾種選擇(新鮮水果,酸奶,羊角麪包,新鮮麪包)。我們有一個夢幻般的住宿,絕對推薦它。我喜歡房間是如何混合老和現代,高天花板和現代浴室。

訪訪客用戶The 1980’s called and want their hire back Ok folks. Listen closely. Their hotel either has the heat on the air conditioning. They only had heat while we were there and the rooms were very hot. Like you can sleep hot. So naturally you open a window. Hello mosquitoes and street noise!. It never cooled down. Horrid nights sleep. (I did ask for AC but they said no) So if you enjoy camping this place is perfect! The room was clean and the location was very good. And they don’t have showers. It’s a tub you have to squat down to shower. So I do NOT recommend staying here. Padova is very cool though.

訪訪客用戶Hotel in zona Padova nord, distante qualche km dal centro per cui consigliabile per chi ha auto a disposizione o vuole muoversi coi mezzi, meno per chi preferisce essere vicino al centro. Parcheggio ampio e gratuito. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella zona nuova dell'albergo in una camera pulita e spaziosa. Cordiale il personale alla reception in particolare il signore in giacca e cravatta che ci ha preparato gli spritz!!! Colazione più o meno nella norma, prezzo interessante.

This hotel has a great location. Across the street from the basilica of Saint Anthony and about a 15-minute walk from many of the other sites (the duomo, Piazza dei Signori, etc.). The Orto Botanico is only a few minutes away. The rooms are simply furnished but spacious and clean. The bed is comfy, the breakfast is substantial, the staff friendly. I'm giving it extra points because the price is so reasonable. My three nights, including breakfast, cost just 252 euro.

My 3 girlfriends and I booked this stay for a week in Padova for the holidays. Despite the room being of decent standards and the expected breakfast being sufficient, the service was unsatisfactory and distasteful. The room we rented was supposed to be 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Due to a switch of one guest for a night, one single bed's sheets needed to be changed. To our surprise on coming back to the room at the end of the day, we noticed that the single double bed was changed to two single beds. This was done with no previous informing or inquiry. When we asked the receptionist the reason for this change, she denied our claims stating there were always 2 single beds. Now, how do 4 whole individuals remember the type of bed wrong? Did we all get amnesia in less than 24 hours? Well, according to the receptionist, we were lying and there were apparently 4 single beds all along, even though in our booking it said 2 singles and 1 double. We stated clearly the exchange of a guest and presented each guest's ID. Was our bed arrangement changed because of the primitive/baseless thought that black guests will bring in extra people to sleep in the room for free??! We will never know. Additionally, we had various hostile interactions with no prior provocation. The least a visitor expects from the stay they paid for is a basic, respectful and polite customer service. My friend reviewed on *********** to express her discontent with her experience and this is the response we got for our stay: ”Dear Juliette, we are very surprised by your review. First of all, nobody of our staff can be considered ******: we are a work team composed by people from South America to Germany, from Italy to Bangladesh. None of our staff members have ever had problems of racism one with the other or with our guests. Second, the room you booked was exactely the room we assigned to you: you ask for a 4-beds room with one large bed and 2 single beds, and that was the setting of the room. We also agree in making a change of linen because one of the guest was leaving the second day, replaced by another one. So we do not consider ourself not collaborative or not paying attention to the needs of our guests. In the end, we are surprised you didn't enjoy your stay with us, but fortunately for you Padova has plenty of hotels that will guest your next vacation. Kind regards, Elena M. - Back Office ” Absolute lack of professionalism and self awareness to say the least. If they want to do better in this industry they need to instruct their staff on putting their personal biases aside and stick to doing their job objectively. Overall, would NOT recommend this stay for non-caucasian individuals.

MMarco9酒店離中心沒有保安停車場,所需要維修,因爲有所板,還有所混合器--而所的卻慢慢下載。一道所裏的燈被燒了,酒店需要更大的維修,而牀卻很舒服,對那些紙牆感到,你在夜裏聽到房間鄰居是俄國人。
