Hotel is amazing! Was charged twice then refunded the wrong amount (less) but the hotel itself has a fab outside area. Rooms are nice but small

Booked Oxford House as it looked amazing from the photos (loved the pool area) but we didn't have the best experience at this hotel. The staff are nice however our room left a bit to be desired. The hotel is old and has been recently renovated to look modern. In our room our heating didn't work correctly, we had a strong sewerage smell which lingered for the whole time we visited and we found 2 cockroaches in the room. Moreover, there are these metal doors on each floor that block the floor from the public and people coming and going at all hours of the night means the door slams and keeps you awake (depending on which room you are in). Overall, we would stay elsewhere next time we visit Sydney.

Nice pool but room was extremely hot and humid...the air con just didn't do anything and we had to get someone to bring us a fan. As such we only got about 2 hrs sleep. Others staying also made the same comment.

It was a great place to stay. With a great environment and amazing staff. I really enjoyed the stay.
