位置極佳，可以説是情人角最好的酒店了。從房間可以看到大海，在餐廳吃早餐還看到了海豚。房子是一棟歷史建築，房間古色古香，但設備十分完備、現代、舒適。服務總體也不錯，有機會還會再來住的。

The staff was great, breakfast was excellent, but the property is mediocre. I get the rooms are supposed to have a Victorian charm but they are outdated and have no AC. There aren’t even screens on the windows to keep bugs out. Also for the price, I would expect some kind of daily room attendance…turn down, freshen towels, anything.

Not happy with the accommodations! The room is a handicapped room, very small, and that is not what I booked. I booked a premium room for our 29th Anniversary! The bathroom smells like urine and tiles are missing on the bottom decor. I checked in after 8 pm and at 8:20 I asked to be moved and Raquelle said that there was nothing that she could for for us. That she was leaving soon…not a very welcoming stay. She did not even tell me about the off street parking or any other amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. I will think twice about booking with ******* again. There was no help and the hotel did not care. Please respond on how you will be making this stay better or crediting my account for the inconvenience on our 29th Anniversary.

Great place for walking to downtown and restaurants. That was my favorite part. I loved having the trail that lined the coastline across the street. Room is old and needs updating. Tv issues and small rooms. No maid service. My room had water view from afar as they all do since the hotel is across from the water, but it was ground floor where everyone walked by the entry and exit. Didn’t like the carriage room and it was one of the more expensive ones. Breakfast is small but adequate. Not sure if I’d stay there again for the price but the area is great

Excellent and beautiful place. Staff is extremely helpful. There are binoculars loaned so you can watch the whales. Staff found out that it was our anniversary and had a bottle of wine in the room. The room is small but beautiful. Would definitely book again.

This place is a jewel. It is located in a beautiful area with fabulous views. The cottage we were in was lovely and very spacious. The breakfast room is lovely and a perfect way to start your day. Every staff member we met was happy and helpful.

Beautiful inn right on the water - we had a ocean view. They provide a lovely breakfast as well - though served buffet style (there sister hotel prepared it for you when seated). Just outside of Monterrey. I actually prefer this location to staying there. Only a 3 minute drive to Monterrey for dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing property with beautiful views and right on Monterey Bay with a walking trail in front along the Strand. Walk to restaurants and downtown. Incredible gardens and gracious staff. Definitely will go back!

We were celebrating our 31st anniversary and I knew I wanted to say stay someplace special which is why we chose the Seven Gables Inn as we had been there before. Facilities are beautiful and we even saw otters in the bay right from our room. Pretty amazing. And the associate who helped us check in and answerered our questions was excellent, Jenae.

Very sad to say this but the front desk person needs to be a bit friendlier or at least fake being welcoming since that's the first person you see. Definitely not staying here for many different reasons.

It was just a so-so stay. The service was great except during breakfast. They kept announcing the breakfast closed at 10 am. I felt rushed. I was there only 10 minutes and I heard the announcement 6 times. Also, they did say a vegan breakfast. They would have eggs. They didn't have eggs but had quiche, yuck. And they were out of juices. I ended up leaving and going to the beach breakfast place a walk away. Highly disappointed breakfast. We had the Carriage Room with a beautiful ocean view. However, I was worried that the once I saw it was very low ground level when they escorted us to our room. The escort service guy said not to worry, low traffic. NOT TRUE, 90 percent of the time we had the shades closed due to high-traffic people looking in our bedroom. No ocean view. Because the side gate has no closing spring, nor a latch, people kept leaving the side gate open, hence at night large raccoons were roaming at night under our ocean-view window keeping us up. The shower head is less than 6 feet from the bottom. I'm 6 foot tall, hence had to bend over to wash my hair. The service was great up until the continental breakfast. It should be told it is a continental breakfast, not a vegan breakfast. and they should have eggs if they said so.

What a fantastic place! Recommend the Cypress room as it's view is stunning. Staff were so accommodating and kind. Definitely will stay there again!

Wow what a wonderful stay and a beautiful property. We booked the sea view cottage, and it was absolutely beautiful. From the lobby at check-in to breakfast overlooking the water, to an amazing cottage with more than enough space for 2 families, this place is a can miss. Beautiful views, great places to eat within walking distance. This inn is a cant miss. 5/5 and would definitely love to come back
