The place live up to its commi**ent of providing nice comfortable luxury stay. The food is no doubt one of the best in Pachmarhi and also all the staff members are quite gracious and welcoming. Thanks

I visited pachmarhi for the Third time, I was not expecting much from the same place but my whole experince got enhance because we stayed in PANDAV RETREAT. they have super class ambience nd class room staff. They serve best of food which is always needed after a long day.they also have private nd public jacuzi nd rooftop restaurant. If you r looking for exotic stay, you must visit pandav retreat for sure.

Worst place to visit. I booked the hotel thinking its nice hotel for 2days. But after stepping inside the hotel realised its worst place. No one at reception and i was waiting for 4 hrs and hotel staff were sleeping on floor. Hotel staff is not just looking after customer. Hotel is so small that there is no garden no space nothing. Just a home made into hotel with no facility no trained staff. Just made hotel to loot people money. Room has AC leakage and fan is worst sound making. When informed staff they are not bothered to do anything. Receptionist, ***ager, head no one is bothered about hotel but just money. After seeing all this we left the hotel first day itself and shifted to other hotel named THE AM SUMMER HOTEL KOLLECTION. Never stay in PANDAV RETREAT. #Worsthotel #Pathetic-pandav-retreat

Breach of peace and tranquility. They have a huge jacuzzi on the roof top and they provide big music system on rent it seems. And people who take bath there play music at the top of voice disturbing other guests. But hotel people don't care!! All they care about is money. We visited panchmadhi to get a break from the loud and hectic city life but in vein!!! Even the hot water provided was not proper. Suddenly the water turns cold. All i would suggest is people who want to stay there for partying should definitely prefer this place. But for peace this is strictly a no no. Prefer other resorts like welcom heritage. This place would make u feel in the city itself!! Housekeeping is worst too. Even after reminding multiple times since morning they cleaned our room after 1 pm. That too after reminding multiple times. Go at your own risk!!

Tranquil locale, stay was cosy. Felt relaxed and enjoyed the stay ***** with delicious food. Food is like home cooked. Live Band perfor***ce was astounding. Overall it was the best maintained hotel with good service.

We booked a suite and 2 deluxe rooms. The check in was smooth and the suite was clean although the room had a very damp odour. What I didn’t like was their staff’s attitude. The next day they didn’t come to clean the room on their own, I called for water three times and when I asked for toilet paper they didn’t have any. While the suit costs 13k it’s unbelievable that the hotel didn’t have toilet papers in stock. I have a 3 years old who is ofcourse picky with food. For breakfast i asked them if they could put cheese in his dosa and they told me we’d have to place an ala carte order. Good hotels are so accommodating with kids but they were so inconsiderate. I wasn’t paying anything less but just adding cheese to the dosa could be so troublesome. It was unbelievable! I ordered cheese sandwich and they didn’t have regular bread available. I provided them with cheese slices and bread. Another weird thing - the guests we booked the extra room for, they canceled their trip so we told them a day prior to which we were told that we’d have to pay fully as its end moment, which we understood. The next day they called for the full payment and then I asked my husband to tell them to atleast open that room for us. If we are paying we must atleast use it. When he asked them to do so they told Us they got a new booking for it. GST charged on rooms are technically 18% above 7500/- and 12% below 7500/-. They charged 18% on the room that costed us 7000/-. We had to tell them to correct it!!! Lastly the day we were leaving we told them to make a paneer kulcha for my son. They promised quick packing but they kept delaying while my taxi was waiting outside. One guy said its ready, the other said it’ll take 10 more minutes. There was absolutely no sync amongst them. Finally i had to leave the kulcha and rush as i was getting late and by the way we had paid for it. But because we left I called my cousin to go pick it up from there. She waited 15 mins only to know that some driver has picked up the kulcha. Whereas no driver was sent by me to pick it up but thats what they said! Its just simply amazing that the order i placed they gave it to someone else without even confirming with me! All in all i found them really unprofessional! The rooms are to be cleaned regularly untill someone puts a DND sign outside. Water and tea coffee are to be replenished the next day always. And one should not try to fool customers just so they can loot them! Never ever going back! Also the deluxe rooms are quite average sized! The ***ager with moustache was so impolite! Just absolutely not hospitable and professional !

Excellent hospitality nice food. Polite speaking staff Luxuries and good ambience property. Hotel is very peaceful and away from crowded town market. But breakfast menu should have more choices. North indian food is awesome. I recommend hotel that they can improve south indian disesh. Overall hotel is excellent. Thanks

Excellent rooms, service and food. Overall very helpful staff both at reception and service staff. Will recommend family with elders and kids. Genuine knowledge and support to check in and check out with customise requirements (if required)
