The best part though is the large patio, it's like having a whole other living room outside.Silverstrand Beach and adjacent Ventura are old fashioned California beach towns. We are within walking distance of the Channel Islands harbor that boasts large waterways for kayaking or tooling around in an electric boat. Silverstrand is also a popular local surf spot, also great for boogie boarding and sand castle building. You are almost guaranteed sightings of sea lions and often can see dolphins too.
