Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was very nice, and the staff was so courteous and helpful.

Great stay! Toilet ran and stained, loud housekeeper talking loudly on phone as Ashe cleaned on my floor

Check in was easy. Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection of breakfast items. There were some problems with my room. Half the lights in the bathroom were inoperative. The vanity counter top was coming loose from its fitting. The desk chair always sank to the lowest level when I was sitting in it and there wasn't any other chair to sit in. When the AC/heater vent was on, the curtain stood away from the window. It was very quiet in the hotel, even though it was very full each night. The hotel is conveniently located. I would stay there again if travelling in the area. The furniture is starting to show its' age from useage.

Everything was stained and old looking. The toilet ran constantly but the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The property is old. There was rust on the lamp and the bathroom fixtures. Very humid - our clothes were wet. The bathroom smelled like raw sewage. Unless I didn’t have another viable option I would not stay here again.

Out of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in Oxford, this was the cleanest. The room did have a moldy smell and I found a hair in the sink. Again, much, much better than the two other hotels. I would probably stay here before I would stay in the “exceptional” hotels. It was a good deal and the front desk people were very nice.

This hotel was too far off our path. We did not get our money back yet. Hopefully ******* will give it back so I can remove the unhappy face.

This place is not safe. I had a bad experience in the elevator with a guy to tried to grabbed my shopping bags.away my hands. Not security After that I felt not safe.

The room had a bathroom door that didn’t shut. Told the front desk and they moved us to a smaller room. Room was still okay just wish we could have had the same size room.
