Front desk service was quite helpful. Room smelled a bit smoky. Had a worker unexpectedly enter the room.

The first room we were assigned was dusty, dirty, the overhead light wasn’t working, and one of the two lamps in the room was both disconnected and when replugged in was also not working. We couldn’t stay in that room. We were given a new room a few doors down and that room had a clear piece of packing tape covering the locks which had been stuffed with tissue paper. It was extremely suspicious and we noticed when the door wouldn’t lock behind us. I went back to the front desk to report this and their response was nonchalant and disbelief even when I showed them a picture. They said we could just deadbolt it. How is that an appropriate response or solution? What about when we aren’t in the room? All our possessions would have been vulnerable, and also the deadbolt didn’t work either. Then, they wouldn’t issue a refund, and I have yet to get a response from a manager. I had to book another hotel nearby. I will never stay here again.

Due to my husband sick so we can stay in this hotel as I called on Dec 02 Sat to cancel the room and the person in charge confirmed ok without any panelty. But when I went on Dec 04 Monday to the hotel and they said already charged the room with no show. That’s not fair. So I never go back to this hotel.

Tia, at the front desk, was wonderful. Professional, efficient and very pleasant. There were several events going on at the hotel at the same time but event families shouldn't be mixed with "non partying'. It was very loud at 12:30am Expensive for what the accomodations were. I wouldn't have a problem staying there if the cost were much less money, but not worth the room for $255.

For the most part, my stay was fine and the room is nice. 1 issues and 1 negative. I asked for a 1 hour late check out 3 times… ( before checking in, during checking in & morning of check out) and it keep getting pushed to the next person. But my one negative have to do with parking. I stayed on a Saturday night during a wedding event they do not have separate parking for hotel guests. The parking situation is ridiculous. Would not select this place again for a weekend stay

At our first night dinner there we were told we had to pay cash. She said the system was down. We were extremely tired from a 6 hour ride and just went along with This.The next morning my husband put his bill on our room tab. We do not carry much cash and this was a big inconvenience. So we did not return. The front desk people were very nice. Welcoming.

Tia at the front was very sweet! She made my check in very easy and understandable! She is a very sweet soul and very respectful. She also gave me some great advice! Thanks Tia and Happy New Year!
