Excellent hôtel

We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff at this hotel. The only thing that affected us was the check in parking. There is no parking allowed at the entrance to thecheck in desk. The driveway goes downhill from the entrance and there are 8 or 10 spots on the way down to the street. They were all taken so I had to park at the last spot going down the hill. I walk with a cane since my hip replacement las fall and it was difficult to walk up and down that hill at check in time. The alternative was to park at the rear or on the side of the property. After check in it was good because we had level ground from the parking lot to our room. The hotel shoul assign one spot for check in parking near the door.

Super friendly staff, very clean room, fantastic breakfast! Super convenient location and entry, near a bunch of food options/things to do, great parking. Overall really good experience!

Terrible smell Dirty around edge of beds. Allergic reaction to something had to leave immediately

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived hours earlier than check in, yet the front desk ensured that we had a room ready. Accommodations were clean and quiet.

We found hair on the pillows and all over the bathroom floor. And we also found human nail clippings on the carpet. Aside from that, it was ok.

Overall it was fine. Would have been nice to know it was under renovations. Laneway was dug up on one side. Renovations to bathroom wasn't finished - paint spatters, wallpaper bubbled. Tiling not finished off.

One of the walls had what appeared to be food particles stuck to it and there was a crushed beer canon the floor by the bed

Some construction still going on due to renovations. Otherwise very clean and quiet.
