Set on a spacious 3/4 acre lot with ample room for outdoor games, the cottage features a large front and backyard, along with a generous driveway for parking cars and trailers. For added peace of mind, a single camera monitors the driveway area. Inside, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests with beds arranged in three bedrooms: One with a king bed, another with a bunk bed, and a third with a full bed. The king bedroom is equipped with heat and air conditioning, and a closet. The double bedroom has heat and ac, a dresser, but no closet. The kids bunk bed room has a dresser, but no heat, ac, or closet. Keeping the door open to this room along with a fan helps to keep it comfortable. The main living room is furnished with a sofa, chairs, and includes amenities such as a 65" TV, a 5-disc CD/DVD changer with Bluetooth connectivity, and a speaker selector for indoor and outdoor sound. The fully stocked kitchen provides all necessary appliances, utensils, and ample storage, making meal preparation a breeze. A keurig machine is provided for morning coffee.
