奧弗蘭德公園西假日套房飯店(Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park-West)

Needa a bigger seating area in breakfast room, staff wasn’t so nice.

Hotel is a bit dated. For the amount spent, things like breakfast and such should be included. Rooms are clean, but you can tell there is wear and tear. Our door handle didn't always work, the pleather finish on our ottoman in the room was peeling and worn. If you are staying for a team event, and others are staying, prepare to wait for elevators. Staff was very friendly & helpful, though.

No hot water. 45 minutes later, was finally offered another room. Had to quickly pack up and change rooms. Thermostat didn't work in the 2nd room. Found discarded needle apparatus on the floor. Realized I had left an important (and expensive) item in the 1st room. The front desk assistant had no desire to be helpful and with a very nasty attitude, I was told that I couldn't obtain the item until the following day. She said someone was in the previous room and only housekeeping could get the "lost and found". I asked her to check the name, and it was still under my name. I asked if I could get keys back to go in and retrieve my item. She refused and again, said I would need to wait until the following day -- even though the room was not occupied and had not been cleaned yet.

My tv didnt work, has a weird crime scene patch in the carpet. I walked through the.lobby which roped off mostly.and wreaks of.bleach. its been a hour since I walked through and I can still smell and taste bleach. Holiday Inn standards arent met here at this one.

Nice appearance, clean and rooms were good size with everything I needed for my stay, except for an in room safety box, that would be nice to have had, I would have used that.

Good stay but when we checked in they gave us a room that was still being occupied! The room they gave after that was fine and clean.the shower was a little broke. The elevator are tiny!

We had a nice stay. The only thing that was an issue was that we didn't get clean wash cloths.

The checkin, facility, room, even the temp restaurant was excellent. Checkout was an exercise in ignoring the guest and focusing only on the admin work of the receptiinist No trolleys for checkout, was told they were all on 8th floor. They were 8 of them unused by workers setting up for event. At checkout asked for bill was told we dont give them out because reservation was third party. A simple piece of paper? The customer experience is what makes or breaks a hitel Tien the receptiinist had no concern for the customer experience onky her job assignments

The pool was heated, but it was outside. The hot tub was great, but getting out of it when the temp is in the 10s was extremely hard
