雙峰旅館及溫泉(Twin Peaks Lodge & Hot Springs)

It's a Saturday, we got early check in which was nice. The hot springs closes at 10 which is too early on a weekend. The upstairs neighbor came down and complained because we were too loud while playing a board game (aggravation). Then I noticed I was charged on two different cards for the same room. The rooms were not tbe greatest. Old and outdated with thin walls.

Stayed at property around 8 years ago. It changed a bit with more hotsprings to use. Love the adult only areas. Loved my stay both times

Friendly staff and well kept grounds. Hot tubs were always warm and room was a delight.

The check-in kiosk was impersonal and awkward. Since we still had to go to the check-in counter before we could go to the room I really don't understand why the person at the counter couldn't have entered the information. Also I have yet to receive an itemized bill from the resort, but my credit card has been billed. Their implementation of online/internet hospitality leaves a lot to be desired.

I've been to this property several times for a reason. I love the views, the rooms are reasonable considering the pool access you get and most of the staff is great. There are some grumpy ones but it's probably from dealing with rude vacationers. They have a lot of remodels in the future and if the pool is any indication of how it will look we will definitely be back.

This is Ouray, so it is definitely unique and beautiful. However, this hotel is lacking in many areas considering the price. I paid $700 for a 2-night stay with one pet. Our toilet didn't flush, we had no remote for the tv, and no tissue in the Kleenex box. They were able to fix all but the toilet. This hotel is centered around their hot springs, and they provide 2 robes to wear to the pools. However, the robes are $5 each (not complimentary). The small refrigerator in the room was warm and had one water bottle provided for $2. I love Ouray and will be back, just not sure Twin Peaks is worth the money it costs to stay there. It is rustic and a bit run down. They had two Jacuzzi's outside of our area that were taped off for repairs? They do have an in house restaurant that makes ordering to go or room service easy.

Check in was terrible. Why even staff it?! Glad I drove all this way to wait in a parking lot for a few hours to check in and not even be able to soak until the sun went down. Waste of mkney

Loved the hot tubs. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ate at the restaurant on site and food was also good. We would definitely stay there again.

It's expensive but the hotel is generally nice. Came with hot springs and breakfast (included in my rate but not for everyone). Our balcony was next to the creek but was some walk from the hot springs. Buffet breakfast ($15 if not included in the room rate) was very good with lots of options and great sitting area. Front desk was friendly too.
