"I usually stay in this hotel when I go to Oujda but I won’t anymore. One of the employees the named Maroua was rude to me on multiple occasions during my stay. We pay much more money to stay in such hotel, and even though everything and everyone else was fine, I wouldn’t stay there again. Their staff use to be great, even this time there was a receptionist, i believe his name was Soufiane, he was very helpful, thank you Soufiane. The valets were also very nice and helpful."
