阿佐爾飯店(Hotel Azoul)

Die gute Lage des Hotels war für mich wieder ausschlaggebend für die Buchung. Nach 2018 war ich das zweite Mal im Hotel Azoul. Das Hotel ist in einem typisch marokkanischen Stil eines Riads gebaut und auch entsprechend traditionell eingerichtet. Im Schrank fehlte mir allerdings ein langes Fach, in dem man Kleider usw. aufhängen kann. Ein paar Wandhaken im Zimmer oder seitlich am Schrank wären aber dafür auch ausreichend. Zimmer, Bad sowie Bett sind ausreichend groß. Klimanalage, Wasserkocher und TV sind vorhanden. Das Frühstück gab es nicht wie gewohnt auf der Dachterrasse, sondern im daneben liegenden Restaurant. Es war vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Auch Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Inzwischen wäre es aber an der Zeit, das gesamte Hotel grundlegend zu renovieren. Alles ist etwas abgewohnt und wirkt dadurch auch etwas schmuddelig. Die schon sehr abgetretenen Teppiche und Läufer im gesamten Haus sollte man, bis auf die vor dem Bett, entfernen. Sie sehen nicht nur unschön aus, sondern sind auch eine Stolpergefahr. Dadurch käme auch der wunderschöne Fußboden mehr zur Geltung. Die ausgefransten Handtücher müssten auch ausgetauscht werden. Ich war 4 Nächte im Hotel, habe auf eine tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers verzichtet, da ich es nur zum Schlafen und Duschen benötigte. Aber der Mülleimer im Bad müsste trotzdem täglich geleert werden.

A wonderful hotel and a good location. We were under the care of houdda and others, and we shared them for good treatment. The hotel is on its way to the best and is being improved, and we will visit again... thanks !!!! Also the boss whas nice personne the give us time wher are enjoy in this hotel

Abbiamo pernottato in quest'hotel che in realtà somiglia a un riad, per una sola notte per spezzare il viaggio da Merzouga a Marrakech. L'hotel è carino, la camera non grandissima ma confortevole. Il prezzo è onesto, la colazione viene servita nell'adiacente bar/pizzeria. Si trova sulla strada principale che attraversa la città per cui consiglio camere che affaccino verso l'interno per evitare rumori e smog.

Acceuil très chaleureux à la réception dès notre arrivée, à l écoute. La demi pension a côté, 😉 gentil personnel La chambre propre spacieuse, une bonne literie, un hôtel très charmant. Petit déjeuner typique, très bon aussi. Merci à tous.

Hotel riad, habitación muy amplia, muy marroquí el mobiliario, tradicional encantador, con Salita, cuarto de baño amplio limpio. El problema, que las habitaciones hay que subir escaleras con las maletas. El desayuno perfecto. Recomendable

L hotel est sympa , agréable L' accueil de Said est excellent Le restaurant est joliment décoré on 'y mange bien . L 'hotel est situé à proximité du commerce et du transport . Par contre il faut revoir l l'equipement des chambres. On y a passé un week-end agréable.

Nos hemos hospedado una noche en este hotel, en el que contratamos media pensión (desayuno y cena). Al llegar la recepcionista no hablaba español ni inglés, sólo francés o árabe y con Google traductor conseguimos finalmente entendernos. Durante la llegada nos ofrecieron té como en el resto de lugares de Marruecos, y luego nos cobraron 3 euros... (normalmente es gratis, como signo de bienvenida y hospitalidad) En la descripcion del alojamiento leímos que se podía pagar con tarjeta, finalmente la máquina estaba estropeada. También leímos que podíamos hacer la colada pero nos lo negaron. Sobre la cena, fuimos al restaurante que tienen anexo al hotel y de la carta solo podíamos escoger pizza, pasta y un par de tagin, bebida y sin postre, nos sirvieron a las 20:15 aproximadamente a las 21 empezaron a cerrar el local y a apagar las luces aunque aún estábamos comiendo... Dejamos la cena a medias y nos fuimos, nos sentimos bastante incómodas... Al día siguiente necesitábamos salir lo antes posible para seguir con nuestro viaje en coche por Marruecos, y nos dijeron que el desayuno empezaba a las 8h, estuvimos puntuales a las 8h y el restaurante no estaba abierto, abrieron a las 8:20h y tuvieron que hacernos el desayuno entre el recepcionista de noche y la señora del equipo de limpieza... Por supuesto se disculparon pero la decepción ya estaba ahí. Said fue muy honesto con nosotros y nos dijo que nos devolvería el dinero del desayuno si no estábamos conformes pero finalmente no lo hicimos. La habitación pasable. La calidad de la comida bastante baja en comparación con lo que Marruecos ofrece en sus alojamientos. Buena conexión WiFi. No lo recomendamos para pasar noche en Ouarzarzate.

I spent four nights at this hotel in Ouarzazate in November of last year 2023.The room was large and clean and,eventhough it faced the street at the front,sleep quality was excellent.The staff were friendly and made me feel very welcome.....This hotel is in a good location,a short walk to the centre of town as well as being on a major bus route,with the bus stop just in front.....The building itself has lots of character and is definitely worth a return visit....I am happy to give the hotel 9 out of 10.

Friendly staff Nice location. Clean. Good food. Comfortable. Over all one of our best stays in Morocco I would recommend staying here. It is close to carrefour where you can buy alcohol and there is a very good and cheaper pizza restaurant called Positano near by
