je suis partie avec mes petits frères, je suis allé la matinée à marakech pour le petit dej , en rentrant j’ai été surpris que le gardien à toqué sur mes petits frères sans aucune raison, j’ai déclare cela mais aucune réponse de leur part, faites gaffe au pedos labas , ne ramenez pas vos enfants surtout

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Les agents de sécurité à l'entrée ont été agressifs verbalement, et la réceptionniste n'a pas montré un comportement professionnel. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. 0 étoile. …………………………..

This is difficult to write because I feel our experience may not be the norm but here goes . We arrived at airport expecting the transfer we booked, no show , eventually go to the facility at around 10.30pm . A pleasant enough guy checked us in and helped us to our apartment. On arrival in apartment we asked if there was a shop a restaurant or a vending machine to get something to eat or drink . He said it was all closed but the shop would be open at 9 . So we settled ourselves in rationed our tic-tacs and went to bed . Got up ravenous, hadn't eaten since lunchtime the day before. Opened the door to deafening silence not one single person in the resort. Ok we thought maybe they are all at breakfast, it was before 9am, we went down nothing no one no cooking smell no nothing . It was eerie so quiet no one even on reception to ask what was going on . It became obvious the restaurant wasn’t open so off we went in search of the shop found it such as it was it was shut . We wondered around for a time thinking there must be at least a vending machine came to find it in the closed shop . Looked in shop window to see nothing but bleach and spam, no word of a lie no fruit no bread no cereal no nothing . We went to sit by the pool to ponder our next move still never having met a living soul. We were beginning to feel like the unwitting stars of a horror movie at this point. So we thought the best thing to do was contact the company we booked through we sent them an email to explain that it was now almost 24hrs since we had had a drink and our tic-tacs were running low. They tried to contact the facility but u guessed it the desk wasn’t manned . We took in our surroundings and they were beautiful all except the pool had about 8inches of water in it being slowly filled by a hose at the far end . Being sunseekers we laid down on the sunbeds and considered what to doWe thought it’s Sunday it’s Ramadan maybe they are just on holiday time . At 12.30 we decided to try again shop still shut but glory be there was a man in reception we approached him he didn’t speak a word of English or French it seemed , it seemed we were indeed in a horror film . The booking company finally got someone to answer an email and we were told to go to reception. We went weak with hunger and dizzy with dehydration to find a very stern looking man swinging keys he said come with me, by now it was 2.30pm we were delirious we didn’t even care we climbed into the back of angry man’s car. (Two females on our own in a deserted resort) Angry man drove us about three miles to the left to find a shop . It was shut . He swung round back past the resort 4miles to the next resort for us to buy provisions . We got what we needed and angry man did open the trunk for us to deposit our groceries . All this was done in complete silence not a word since come with me . Arrived back at resort, relieved to be in on piece went to apartment made lunch at almost 3.45pm. We cont
