桑德爾·奧康納(Sonder the O'Connor)

Le processus pour le check-in/check-out entièrement en ligne est fantastique. Tout se fait via l'application de Sonder. Le stationnement sous l'établissement à 20$ par jour est aussi parfait. La cuisine est bien équipée et le lit est confortable. Environ à 15-20 minutes de marche du parlement. Deux épiceries se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes de marche.

Décor surprenant et mobilier confortable. Service rapide, convivial et efficace du personnel lors d’un ennui technique avec le téléviseur. Contrôle de sécurité des accès de premier plan…Difficile à saisir à la première visite. Je recommande l’expérience Sonder à Ottawa.

Il ne faut pas oublier de faire l’inscription sur le site internet avant l’arrivée pour avoir les codes et instructions. Très propre mais bruits d’ascenseur, de ventilation et de la rue. À 15 minutes de marche de bons restos, stationnement sous terrain payant 20$/jour. Satisfaite de ma réservation

Overall it was a good property. It is a good option if you are staying long term- because it has a fully equipped kitchen. The only downside is there isn't anyone at the site early in the morning or later in the evening. If you are checking in late and have difficulty with the room (like our outlets were not working) you cannot get help (you can call and talk to someone) till the next morning. Also, the fire alarm was on early in the morning and it was chaos because there was no one at the site.

I could not be more satisfied with this hotel. Thanks to the seamless check in and services provided through their amazing app, I did not have any issues accessing my room. The building is clean and smells amazing, my room was more comfortable than I could've ever imagined and somehow had EVERYTHING I needed for a 7 night stay.

Le stationnement sous terrain sent mauvais mais c’est propre. Le divan lit est très inconfortable et le m’étalas dessus est sale… même taché… mais tout le reste est parfait.

Great location for dining, easy parking in the building, and easy access to the highway for getting around. Not the cleanest (smelled terribly like shrimp when we arrived and it lingered the whole time) but the room had everything we needed. You can also hear your neighbours but if you're there just to sleep you should be alright. Reception staff and online staff were extremely helpful. Overalll, good place to stay if you're using it to check out Ottawa and the greater area, just be wary if you plan to stay all day there.

Check-in on-line did not go well. It took a several calls and e-mails to sort out but in the end was resolved. Also there were two televisions and neither was working. Otherwise the property, location and amenities were great!

Overall quite good. Disappointed that there is no recycling receptacle available. Water pressure in shower could be improved upon. We were unable to view programs on tv 😟 Needed to park off property our first night as cleaners were delayed?
