總體來講一般，洗澡的淋浴水壓不大，洗着不爽！如果價錢能在一千塊錢以下就還能佔個性價比高。位置還不錯，距離渥太華大學非常近，距離幾個中國小餐館也不遠（在地圖上一搜就能搜到）大堂很小，停車庫也小還要錢🥲但攜程很好，因為他們沒有更新訂房訊息，把收費停車寫成免費了，所以為了表示歉意，就幫我交了兩天的全額停車費，攜程，中國旅行app裏的榜樣！

Our stay was for one night while we visited family in Ottawa.
The hotel itself is both stylish and modern, with great surrounding amenities all within walking distance.
The staff was very informative and courteous giving plenty of options when asked for a coffee shop. They know their stuff.

Absolutely loved the customer service and friendly a**osphere, the in-hotel restaurant was incredbile and having the byward market and mall so close to us made our trip. The only thing that was unsatisfactory was the water pressure fluctuating and bursting out at times before returning to normal, but we’ve noticed this in other hotels aswell so it may just be an issue of the area.

We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered. We had arrived early and had only planned to drop off our bag and we were offered to check in early which we really appreciated. The staff the entire time we were there were so kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was really comfortable. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed an extra night at Le Germain for a relaxing night away. The service was exceptional as the front desk staff were prompt and courteous. Our King suite was a surprise upgrade and the turn down service that night was such an amazing bonus we weren’t anticipating. The room was spacious and quiet. The soaker tub did not disappoint my high expectations. I’m certain we’ll be back.

First day we arrived early, we got a room right away, and Phil, bar manager, opened up early for us. Very friendly and gave us ideas for dinner.

We spent our wedding night at Le Germain and our room was perfect. Everything was spotless, and we had a great view of Le Chateau. We haven’t stayed in many hotels but this was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. We loved that Norca restaurant was so easily accessible for breakfast, which was so yummy.
