Very thin walls. Clearly heard the neighbor snoring. Tried to buy a soda in the lobby at night, but no one was around to take my money. The breakfast, and the woman in charge of serving it were both extraordinary.

Front desk staff was very helpful in recommending dining options each night of our two night stay. Check out process was easy and staff members were interested in our feedback and experience in the Cooperstown area.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating (late check out). One reason I made a reservation here was because of the guest laundry. Dirty baseball uniforms every day. Laundry was not available. Had to do it by hand in the room, both wash and dry. Pool/hot tub was only open 6pm-10pm ?? Breakfast was very good.
