This house was perfect! It was a ten minute drive to Dreams Park and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean, spacious, and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property.

To put this simple…this is the perfect house for anyone going to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location is just a few minutes away and easy to go back and forth. The property has something for everyone. I can’t say enough about the house and would recommend highly !!!

The property was beautiful, and the hosts were very communicative. If you have to watch your kid play endless baseball there’s no better place to come back to rest and unwind.

Convenient Location, Spacious Home
This was the perfect home for five families to stay during our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. The location is key as it is centrally located between the baseball field and downtown Cooperstown; making trips home between games quick and easy. It is also close to Fly Creek Cider Mill. The pool and firepit were both beautiful. The hosts were responsive and helpful during our stay. We received a personal phone call letting us know the home was ready before the 4pm check in time and Claire called to help with recommendations for a car repair place.Something to note: While the home is close to the park, the listing description says 4 minutes - but it is actually 4 miles, 8 minutes.

Cooperstown Baseball Stay
Location of the house was perfect for Dreams Park. House was spacious, clean, and conveniently located to the sports complex and the village of Cooperstown. Highly recommend this house for baseball families headed to Dreams Park

Great stay for Dreams Park!
Property was fantastic for our group of 3 families staying for the tournament at Dreams Park. Very convenient to the park and other top spots in Cooperstown. House was great and had everything we needed for our stay!
