房間很好，床很舒服。住得很愉快。

Hotel was nice and clean. Asked for extra bedding and towels and had them delivered within 10 minutes of arriving. Texted for an extra blanket before bed and had one delivered within minutes. Pool was nice and warm. Shower was hot and clean. Breakfast had a lot of options cold and warm. Very nice hotel

Blinds in room didn’t work. Bathroom walls looked like toothpaste was on them. Tv was disconnected. Very loud in the halls and in the room above. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was small and very loud.

I called in advance to make sure the pool would be available for my stay with my daughter. The only reason I booked the hotel was for my daughter to go swimming. I made that very clear that I needed to know if the pool would be open to swim. When we arrived my daughter was super excited to swim. During the check in process nothing was mentioned about the pool. I asked after check in what the hrs of operation were. The front desk clerk then told me the pool was closed due to a frozen pipe. I get it things happen, yet I just called less than 24 hrs prior to confirm the pool would be open. I expressed my disappoin**ent and the employee told me she total understood and in the morning I could speak to a manager to get compensated. The next morning I came down to ask to speak to the manager and the employees said the manager was not in & did not know when the manager would be in. I explained my situation & what I was told about about compensation. The employee was very rude and had no interest in helping me at all. I won't be there again. They lost my business. Also the breakfast in the morning was beyond terrible. Everyone was empty at 8am and did not get refilled. Not enough employees. Not happy.

This place is beautiful! The rooms are really neat and clean and I almost didn't wish to leave! Nothing better than a late night swim!

My stay was AWESOME. EVERYONE WAS VERY PLEASANT. Barn doors would be good for the bathrooms. This would make it more convenient to use the bathroom without bumping into the door or the sink.

The entire stay was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. At the last minute, I had to cancel my second night and they refunded me my money! The only negative was the indoor pool was quite chilly!

We were visiting SUNY Oswego for a tour and it was very close; 10 min away. There was a bowling alley across the street. That was a fun night out. A Walmart & a TJMAXX just down the road. The pillows and the mattress could be a bit better. Pillows were small & flat. Bed not too comfy. Morning breakfast was tasty. There were a few different types of egg sandwiches, a waffle maker & cereal.

The only issue was the youth baseball team stayed the weekend and even in the early mornings were running up and down the hallway. As well the lobby was full of dad’s sharing beers and drinking that was rather obnoxious.
