Vengo in questa masseria da sette anni, con i miei figli o da sola, ogni volta il soggiorno è puro incanto. Ci si sente a casa, sono tutti molto attenti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti (e anche dei loro cani!) con garbo e simpatia. Gli appartamenti e le camere sono molto belli e funzionali, il ristorante propone piatti veramente buoni e legati a ciò che il territorio offre, la piscina è favolosa e l’uliveto permette passeggiate in tutta tranquillità. In sintesi? Nella masseria Valente ci si riconcilia con il mondo, in totale relax!

Masseria buona ma non ottima. Struttura bella, ma si perde in tanti particolari come tende nelle docce (che costa mette una porta anche di plastica!) servizio a volte deludente (attese lunghissime a cena per un dolce che quando è arrivato era surgelato, tortino con il ripieno ancora gelato), colazione con poca scelta, pulizia delle stanze mediocre, rubinetto del bidet che schizzava bagnando tutto il pavimento. Anche i prodotti troppo cari, una lattina di olio da 0,25 costo 10 euro e neanche particolarmente buono, ne abbiamo trovati di ottimi e a minor prezzo a poca distanza. La piscina che al telefono mi avevano detto che stavano pulendo ancora chiusa. Insomma un po’ deludente nell’insieme, non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerei.

La masseria è molto bella, ero con la mia famiglia e abbiamo deciso anche di fermarci a cena. Piatto tipici molto buoni, qualitàprezzo onesta, in particolare grazie a Maria che ci ha servito con molta cura e la serata indimenticabile !

I organized a big birthday party at this location and everything worked very well. The location is beautiful amongst olive grows. If you like peace and relaxation this place is for you. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as was the owner. The food was genuine and sourced locally. I would strongly recommend this masseria for a medium to big sized private or corporate event . The owner was also very helpful and resourceful in terms of local suggestions and activities

Read all previous reviews but disappointed with our stay, only 1 night in transit through Puglia. When booking I knew animals allowed but wasnt expecting dog hair on our pillows, to staff credit they did change the sheets and pillows, Unfortunately for us restaraunt was also closed that night. Its a lovely setting if you totally want to unwind and do nothing but lay by pool. On plus side, breakfast was very nice.

I had read wonderful reviews of this place and it was recommended on a travel channel. Haven’t been here long, but I am really disappointed. Pretty setting but the room is so small and depressing. We are here for 5 days and there is really no where to store clothes other than a narrow hanging closet. Stove and sink but no dresser. Nowhere to keep toiletries. Kitchen chairs and table but no chair for relaxing. Pool towels cost 5 Euro to use. I am sad that we extended it by a day before we left home. It is way out in the country so no reason for the rooms to be so small.

Wonderful place to stay! The location in amongst the olive groves of 2/3000year old trees is so peaceful and interesting to gently wander through. The breakfast and evening meals were lovely and staff very helpful - local produce and very interesting menu with great wine Staff were super helpful and charming throughout Very comfortable beds

A lovely spot amidst young and ancient olive trees. Good local food and wine, gardens to explore and olive oil to taste. A break from larger cities and towns and so very peaceful. We used it to explore some of the other towns in the region and enjoyed dinner and breakfast here
