Zimmer okay, Persona freundlich, Qulität der verwendeten Lebensmittel nicht ehr gut. Kartoffelpüree Fertigprodukt, Fisch "seelaachs" Fertigpanier, steirisches Wurzelfleisch ein Stück Rippe ohne Fleisch drann und Geruch. Nudelfülle geschmacklos. Mehr frisch kochen!!!

wir hatten eine sehr geräumige und grosse ferienwohnung. mit dem team rund um sabien waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. das essen und das frühstücksbuffet war ausreichen und sehr lecker. es hat alle sehr gut gepasst. danke. wir kommen wieder.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Leger tour to Carinthia. We were there for 7 nights and it was our main base for the tour. On arrival I could see it was set on a beautiful location with stunning scenery all around the hotel. Ossiach itself is a small village and there was very little open at this time of year (early October). There was a shop/small supermarket store that only opened until 1pm daily and a nice cafe that overlooked the lake. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, giving us a friendly welcome on arrival. I had a fairly large room on the second floor which was ideal for my needs, other than the lack of air conditioning. The staff did bring my a fan which helped, but I did find the building very warm overall. The room itself appeared fairly clean, but I had problems with the floor being dirty/dusty and my socks got very dirty when walking without shoes. The beds were fairly comfy and there was plenty of hot water for showering. I overlooked the back of the hotel which was a car park and metal fire staircase - not the great views some had at the front. The biggest issue i had was the food - breakfast was a very limited choice with no bread or pastries other than the odd croissant. There was no toast and no real choice of hot other than eggs and some sausage? I ended up having yoghurt with honey most days as it’s all I could really have. Dinner was also disappointing with some unusual choices of soups and mains. The desserts were mostly nice except one which no one liked. Drinks were reasonably priced and the dinner staff were very friendly. The hotel was well placed for travelling around Carinthia and the scenery was fantastic. I would stay here again but during a main season where I could eat out more.

We were just passing thru but stayed a night. Great spot to visit or for overnight pit-stop if traveling through Austria. Friendly staff, made our visit with no reservation. Restaurant/bar was open late, breakfast was typical Bavarian style with a table reserved for all the guests. Clean rooms, balcony view of lake/mountains/village.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett, Es gibt immer etwas zu lachen, einen guten Wunsch für den Tag, Die Chefin ist überall anzufinden und ist bemüht. Umgebung und Lage zum See top, Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Großer Parkplatz, Schi - und schuhabstellraum vorhanden. Gerlitzenbahn mit Bus oder Auto erreichbar. j

Mitarbeiter um Sabine top, Wünsche werden berücksichtigt! Es gibt immer ein Lächeln, einen guten Wunsch für den Tag, Die Chefin ist überall anzufinden und macht den Aufenthalt zum Urlaub. Umgebung und Lage zum See top, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Großes und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, Restaurant mit großer Speisenauswahl, guter Weinkarte und freundlichem Service. Großer Parkplatz, Radabstellraum.
