Either you are on a boat or you are at Casa Nostra. This is to tell you that, if you love the sound of the sea, the view of the Rada and a life in direct contact with Nature; then you have come to the right place. We are detached from the center of the beautiful Municipality of Ospedaletti; but we are also connected and through a walk that frames the Gulf itself.
The FISHERMEN'S HOUSE, keeps the humble and original furnishing reality, to dive completely into the seafaring context. The accommodation, which is spread over an area of 40.00 square meters and a terrace of 12.00 square meters; is a nice mini - Open-Space, transformable into a two-room apartment.
The entrance, a kitchenette, the Leaving and the double room with TV corner as well as a bathroom; they will be at your disposal to enjoy the best of this corner of western Liguria. We are located 1.5 km from the center of Ospedaletti and 5 km from Sanremo; if you want to reach the Côte d'Azur in 10 minutes by car you will reach the French Riviera, it will be a moment. In the immediate vicinity, you will find excellent restaurants, indoor swimming pool, cycle path (Area 24) and an open 24/24 Market. Het verblijf in Ospedaletti was heel goed. Het appartement is op een hele mooie locatie gelegen. Vanuit het appartement is het maar een paar meter naar de zee en wij hebben dagelijks genoten van het onbeperkte uitzicht op zee. Avond aan avond hebben wij genoten van de plaats. De host, Monica was geweldig. Ze heeft ons de hele week goed geholpen en vooral aan het eind van de week toen onze auto beschadigd bleek te zijn heeft ze goede diensten verricht. Bedankt Monica.

Une belle vue pour cacher la misère
Rien à redire sur l'emplacement, la vue imprenable et l'accueil de Monica.L 'appartement quant à lui est vétuste : l'installation électrique n'est plus aux normes et s'avère dangereuse, la chasse d'eau est désuète et le lit inconfortable.Les photos dissimulent la réalité puisqu'axées uniquement sur l'extérieur.Une rénovation s'impose !!!

Wundervolle Sicht auf das Meer, direkt am Meer
Kleine Wohnung mit schönem Balkon in (für Meerliebhaber) toller Lage: Man sieht vom Balkon aus die ganze Bucht und ist in ein paar Sekunden am Wasser.Der Strand ist mit Felsen und Kieseln, das Wasser ist sehr klar.Man hört wirklich nichts von Autos, nur die Wellen!Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach und nett, vieles ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Das wird aber ja durch das Inserat schon im Voraus klar und ist durch den moderaten Preis absolut ausgeglichen.Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wurde von den Vermietern sehr viel bereitgestellt, was man sonst nicht unbedingt in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet.Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Vacances
Monica nous a très bien accueillie, très gentille , l appartement très bien situé en bord de mer , on a pu prendre nos repas sur la terrasse , face à la mer , point de départpour visiter la region, Monica nous a tres bien conseillé , seul bémol le soleil absent les premier jour et la literie a revoir

Auszeit im Fischerhaus
Volle Punktzahl, die Lage ist absolut wundervoll...das Fischerhaus, wie beschrieben mit allem nötigen ausgestattet! Man braucht auch nicht viel, denn man kommt kaum vom Balkon weg von wo aus man sich an der Umgebung kaum satt sehen kann. Monica ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, mit tollen Tips und Infos zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Naja...
Lage fantastisch, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut, Unterkunft naja.....sind nach einer Nacht (von 5 geplanten) wieder abgereist.

Direttamente sul mare
Quello che colpisce è la posizione. Solo per amanti degli scogli, comunque praticabili, del suono del mare e dell'estrema semplicità. Con qualche accorgimento ho reso il letto più comodo, l'abitazione è essenziale, ci vuole un po' di adattamento, ma il fatto di essere coi piedi in acqua ripaga di tutto. I proprietari sono molto disponibili, per qualsiasi cosa in un batter d'occhio arrivano, ci hanno omaggiato di una mezza giornata in più senza chiedere nulla. Il parcheggio in strada è fattibile, il più distante è a meno di cento metri, gratis e in luglio c'era sempre posto.

Appartement vous avez vu incroyable
Nous avons vraiment aimé cet appartement au bord de l'eau.
La vue est incroyable vraiment un privilège. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Monica. L'appartement est simple bien décoré mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour séjourner. Les restaurants et la piste cyclable sont à proximité. Nous avons passé vraiment un très bon moment ma femme, moi et ma fille. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. MERCI à Monica

Meeresrauschen All inklusive
Wir beschrieben liegt diese Wohnung direkr am Meer. Man öffnet die Fenster und blickt auf das wunderschöne blau - die Wellen, die Geräusche des Wassers, die vielen kleinen (und großen) Fischerboote und noch vieles Meer.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche mit viel Sonne und reichlich schwimmen (schnorcheln). Wer einen entspannten und nicht von Touristen heimgesuchten Urlaubsort sucht, sollte dieses Domiziel ausprobieren. :)
Wir können es uneingeschränkt Empfehlen.
