Rob and Lisa, the management were incredibly accommodating to us on our late arrival and attentive to our needs especially when we needed to stay an extra night due to weather conditions. We would book again simply because of how well we were treated! Rooms were decent and allowed us to enjoy some wind down at the end of busy days.

The property was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was only a few minutes to walk to the beach, which was very convenient. The pool was pretty nice too. It was super quiet, and the owner was very friendly and waited for us to check in as we arrived about 10 minutes after the check-in deadline. I would definitely recommend this property if you need an affordable place to stay in Osoyoos, and we will definitely be back!

Visited from Vancouver B.C. This property is a great place to stay in if you enjoy having a kitchen! Made our trip so much more relaxing and cozy. Nice staff that take care of the property. The location is right by one of the beaches and is in close proximity to the provincial park beach, downtown & the shopping areas. Much more family oriented so if you’re looking to party you might want to book somewhere closer to Cottonwood beach. Really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere in the neighbourhood in the evening.

We were looking for a stopover on the way to Kelowna BC with a U-Haul truck and auto transporter. The motel was amenable even though they said they didn't have parking and parking was found which was great. We were not very happy with the hard and noisy (for me female 74 and my daughter) it appeared they had some sort of plastic on the mattresses... And no electrical outlet near the bed, not for a phone but for a heating pad etc. The toaster oven did not work in our partial kitchen so for the price it was pretty pricey at $170 September rate. However there was a very nice view of the lake, the location was fine, it was clean and overall was what we were looking for except for the non-comfortable beds.

The name on the app did not match the name on the site making it difficult to locate. The room was a little cold. The room was not as clean as I expect. The booking said there was a pool but it was outside and not open.

I am usually skeptical of Motels for various reasons but took a leap and booked this one. It turned out to be the best place! It is very clean, rooms have AC, the service was excellent, the pool was great and we were walking distance to the beach! Highly recommend!

Although the property is old, it has been maintained and is very clean. Sheets on bed new, simple dishes but soap and linens are provided. Staff friendly especially given fires in the area.

Check in was fast, easy, no frills. The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities to enjoy our own meal.
