Everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Amareet at the front desk. We will be back next year thanks again for another great vacation!

Loved the resort. Although it wasn't surrounded by restaurants and such, it was only a short drive to anything that we needed. We were here during the weekday and it was fairly quiet. The heated pool was very nice. The sand on the beach isn't the best (a little rocky and sticks) but decent. Our toddler didn't complain about it. Service was great and the poolside service was appreciated although a little slow even though it wasn't busy. The bed was comfortable, even the pullout couch was comfortable to our surprise. We couldn't hear hallway noise but that might be because there weren't that many guests. We left on Friday morning and there were definitely more children and guests by then. Would definitely come back on weekdays for a quiet calm stay.

Friendly staff. Room is clean and quiet environment. We have had very good service with house keeping. Planning to come back next year already

This was my first time at Walnut Beach Resort but will definitely not be my last. My room was beautiful with all the amenities needed. The View was amazing. Overlooking the pool and the lake over to the mountains. I had a lovely brunch in the restaurant. The hot tubs and pool were perfect. Lots of lounge chairs with tables and umbrellas as well as 2 large covered areas with loungers. The private beach was fantastic as well. Just an overall spectacular stay

My Wife&I were trying to enjoy a nice dinner out on the restaurant patio but unfortunately were sat next to a group of very noisy, obnoxious and drunk people. Constantly dropping the f bomb, yelling at their kids to shut up and talking about really crude things. We were very surprised this was allowed at what seemed like such a classy resort. It seemed like they were over served and weren’t asked to settle down. It was the type of behaviour you might expect in a dive bar not a classy resort! Don’t know why a supervisor didn’t speak to them out of respect for the other guests? Really makes us think twice about going back unfortunately which is a shame because it’s a very nice looking resort as it obviously not being managed properly.

Miranda the waitress Was amazing. She was always on the ball and made sure. We got everything we needed. She made our Stay wonderful. I suggest you don't stay on the lower floors. As you can hear everything on the ceiling above. You so stay on the third floor. Fire alarm went off. We were all evacuated from the building for a couple hours at 1230 at night and the hotel did nothing to compensate. I felt that they should have done something. This is a beautiful property, really, very quiet, very relaxing.

Lots of great amenities, love the warm pool. The room was spacious and quite clean! Sad we were not able to have a late check out though
